The Property
Located in a sunny spot just above Tignes Le Lac, Refuge V is a contemporary chalet with the most stunning views. Sleeping up to ten people across four bedrooms and two floors, it is an excellent option for families with children.
Refuge V comprises of two floors. Dominating the top floor is the open plan kitchen dining and living space, perfect for entertaining. This layout ensures guests take full advantage of the exceptional views seen through the full height windows which flood the living and dining area with light. There are two seating areas on the top floor, one surrounding a roaring log burner, perfect for relaxing and reflecting on the days activities. The other lies just behind the bar and kitchen. Here there are a selection of sofas looking towards the TV and book shelf.
The large dining table can seat ten people comfortably and benefits from majestic views of the Grande Motte glaciers. Stepping out onto the south facing balcony you will find deck chairs and a separate dining area for springtime alfresco dining. Enjoy the panoramic views overlooking Tignes with a glass of champagne in your hand and the sun beaming down. The chalet also benefits from a sauna, somewhere to relax and unwind after a hard day on the slopes.
In total, Refuge V can sleep between six and ten people across four bedrooms. On the first floor of the chalet, there is an en-suite master double/twin bedroom with two bunk beds and stunning views looking out towards the iconic Grand Sassiere. Downstairs, there are a further two double bedrooms, a bunk room and two large bathrooms. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated in a modern chic style with local wood and alpine themed artwork.
For added convenience, Refuge V has a ski room with boot warmers, laundry facilities, and two parking spaces - one indoors, and the other outside.
Refuge V is located next door to Chalet Opale and Chalet Ambre and the three chalets can be taken together to sleep 22-31 guests.
Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet to include full gourmet catering, open bar and in resort driver service from 8am-11pm.
Please note this chalet can also be taken on a self-catered basis. Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet with daily housekeeping and an in resort driver service for selected hours.
Location
Refuge V is in a brilliant position for both skiers and non-skiers alike. Just minutes from the Les Almes piste where you can ski down to the Chaudannes or Paquis chairlifts, and a 5-10 minute stroll from the wide selection of bars, restaurants and shops in Tignes Le Lac centre.
The driver service is on hand for extra convenience when getting around resort or to drop you directly at ski school each morning.

There are two bathrooms on this floor, one with a bathtub and shower and one just a shower. The guests of these three bedrooms can allocate the bathrooms to their best convenience.
