The Property
Apartment Chartreuse is a super stylish and perfectly positioned duplex penthouse apartment in Val d’Isère, in a ski-in/ski-out location. This apartment is laid out over two floors, sleeping eight guests in total.
The stunning open-plan kitchen, dining and living area is located on the upper floor of the property to maximise from a double height ceiling, exposed beams and windows framing the fabulous views, giving you 180 degree panoramic views on the dramatic mountains. An impressive stone fireplace ensures the living area has that relaxing and soothing ambiance. Behind, you will find an elegant dining space which leads onto the open-plan kitchen. The dining table and kitchen are separated by a breakfast bar where guests can perch with an apéritif to keep watch over their nominated cook as they busy away.
Tucked behind the staircase on this level is a separate cosy TV snug, perfect for children to watch a film while you entertain guests.
On the top level, you will also find the first of the four en-suite bedrooms. This room is tucked under the eaves with views of the mountains from the bed, and it also offers an en-suite shower room. The room has access to a WC on this level.
On the floor below, you will find the main sleeping floor, with three bedrooms. The master double bedroom is situated at the end of the hallway and has an open-plan layout and is decorated in neutral hues, with a bank of windows flooding the room with warm winter light. A beautiful free-standing bath sits in the middle of the room, where you can sit and soak for hours, there is also a separate shower and WC. There are a further two bedrooms on this floor, both twin/double bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower room and the other with en-suite bathroom.
For added convenience, the apartment offers a private laundry room and use of a shared ski room with dedicated boot warmers.
Prices are based on exclusive use of the apartment for up to 8 guests on a self catered basis to include daily housekeeping and mid-week towel change.

Location
Apartment Chartreuse sits in an incredible ski-in, ski-out location just outside the main centre of Val d'Isère. For access to the ski schools and ski lifts, it is just a short flat ski away or 10-minute walk. At the end of your ski day, you can ski back down the blue Laisinent piste to ski directly back to the building.
The centre of the village sits 500m from the property, an 8-10 minute walk away. Here, you will find a great selection of local shops, bars, restaurants and luxury boutiques.

The property will all be set up ready for the week ahead with the finest linen and towels and luxury bathroom products, and towels will be changed halfway through the week.
Should you desire, this property is also available on an accommodation only basis. Perfect for groups who want total privacy and freedom on their ski holiday, you will be left to your own devices without the services of staff, although you can still expect your luxury chalet/apartment to be well set up ready for your arrival.
