Grand Pré 4 is accessed on the third floor of the building and upon entering, you are drawn into the dazzling open plan living area. The sense of space here is fantastic with the double height ceilings and huge windows which fill the room with natural light. The sophisticated and plush lounge area with focal fireplace is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the views. The living area flows into the generous dining area where the table seats up to eight guests. This area is looked over by a sleek modern kitchen, fully equipped for catering. A rustic ladder leads up to a cosy mezzanine level complete with library.
Step through the glass doors onto the balcony to enjoy a glass of fizz as the sun sets over the Bellevarde mountain that overlooks the property.
On the main living floor, you will find the first of the double bedrooms with en-suite shower room. A short staircase leads you to the next floor where you'll find two beautifully furnished bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms. The bedrooms are both very spacious and one of the rooms opens out to a small private balcony with exceptional south-facing views. The sumptuous master bedroom is on the top floor of the penthouse and offers high vaulted ceilings, private balcony and a large en-suite bathroom with shower-hammam.
The apartment is one of four that share a refined spa area on the building's first floor presided over by a heated swimming pool. An indoor hot tub and a sauna complete this tranquil space, perfect for indulging tired, ski-weary muscles.
There is a large ski and boot room opposite the entrance to the penthouse with sufficient space for all your ski gear and equipment. In the penthouse. you will also find your own laundry facilities, for that added extra convenience. An expansive parking garage, with two dedicated parking places with electric car charging ports, occupies the lowest level of the building.
