Inside, Chalet Schuss' design is spectacular, looking like a stately manor house transported to the slopes of the Alps. The chalet interiors benefit from a sleek, sharp design complete with luxurious furnishings fit for aristocracy. There is an open living, dining and kitchen area on the chalet's main floor, where you will enjoy sociable evenings together and the exquisite service of delectable feasts, prepared and served by the chalet's chef and butler. The chalet enjoys a terrace that opens out directly onto the main snow front of Val d'Isère, allowing you to enjoy gorgeous views of the Solaise and Bellevarde mountains as well as watch the skiers racing to the bottom.
Also found outside Chalet Schuss is the chalet's outdoor hot tub. A Norwegian-style wooden hot tub that allows you to soak any tired ski legs and cocoon yourself from the cold, all while enjoying the revitalising fresh Alpine air and beautiful snowy landscape.
Ideally set up for groups of 8, Chalet Schuss features four spacious bedrooms spread evenly between two of its floors. Three doubles and a twin room, each with a private en-suite facility, are ready to welcome mixed groups of family and friends. The bedrooms exude class, decorated with the same baronial quality that can be found throughout the chalet, complete with beautiful artwork and ornate furnishings.

The chalet sits on the edge of the main snow front of Val d'Isère, next to the La Grande Ourse restaurant of the Hotel Airelles Val d'Isère, at the foot of the Bellevarde and Solaise mountains. The chalet is located just moments from the main lifts (Olympique Cable Car and Solaise Gondola), a beginner's area and the ski school meeting points.
The hotel contains a number of restaurants and boutiques, as well as a bar, in its building, but to further explore everything Val d'Isère has to offer you couldn't be better located. Situated in the heart of the old village, Chalet Schuss is just a minute walk to the main high street running through Val d'Isère. A housekeeping team are on hand to provide daily cleaning and keep the baronial chalet in a state fit for royalty. A chalet butler will be available to assist in serving meals along with any questions or help needed when on your luxury ski holiday in Val d'Isère. Your in-chalet private chef will be available to cook you breakfast, dinner and also lunch should you require. They will work with you to create a bespoke menu that perfectly suit your group's tastes and requirements, with cost of food and soft drinks included in the price. Alcoholic drinks are available at an extra cost. You will be able to enjoy your meals either in the privacy of your chalet or in one of the restaurants of the hotel.

After a season in Saint-Tropez, Matsuhisa brings its Japanese cuisine, with unique Peruvian influences, to the slopes of Val d'Isère. Alongside some of Chef Nobu's signature dishes, including Black Cod Miso, White fish Tiradito and Yellowtail Sashimi, enjoy a selection of sakes and cocktails.
Loulou Val d'Isère (Restaurant)
Overlooking the slopes with an 800m² terrace, Loulou specialises in Mediterranean cuisine, particularly that of the Italian regions of Lombardy and Piedmont. Italian mains and desserts, delicious wines and cold cocktail concoctions are on the menu here. Outside, DJ sets regularly take place on the terrace, where you can laze in the sun listening to the music or get up and join in the party.
La Grande Ourse (Restaurant)
Located next to Hotel Airelles Val d'Isère, La Grande Ourse is a traditional Savoyard restaurant, providing regional dishes with a modern twist paying tribute to the area's heritage. The dishes are all created using local ingredients, including the special mountain meals made for sharing, like fondue and raclette.

Airelles Winter Camp
Discover a world of entertainment for children of all ages with hundreds of games and activities on offer. The Kid's Club transports little ones to the enchanted Forêt de Brocéliande, where a qualified childcare team will look after them. There's a private cinema with a wealth of video games, and a young adult room for older teenagers, filled with carnival games, table football, darts, billiards and pinball. Kid's Ski Club
Open 19th December to 2nd January, and then 11th Feb to 4th March, from 9am every day, children aged 6-12 can enjoy small group tuition by an ESF ski instructor. Included in the price of your stay, kids will be treated to high-quality ski lessons, with lunch at a restaurant on the slopes or at La Grande Ourse, followed by afternoon snacks at the hotel Kids Club. Kids will be awarded with a medal and certificate at the end of their stay depending on their level.
