Dating back to 1595, this former Engadin farm house has been entirely refurbished to accommodate 6 beautiful apartments. Apartment Blu is the main apartment in this house, with direct entrance from the street through the former barn gate. The second apartment entrance and the building's main staircase, as well as an elevator, provides access to a fully equipped laundry room, storage cellar and in-house garage on the lower ground floor.

Situated in La Punt Chamues-ch, a picturesque village strategically located at the sun-drenched foot of the Albula Pass, Apartment Blu is located in a prime position for your luxury ski holiday. Within easy reach of two ski areas: St. Mortiz (a 10 minute drive away) and the Zuoz family ski area (a 5 minute drive away), ensures you will be on the slopes in no time! The Müsella children's ski lift and nearby play-ground means it is perfect for children to enjoy this family-friendly resort.
This chalet is also located in close proximity to transport links - the train station and bus stop are within walking distance to the property. Local restaurants and a grocery store are also accessible by foot
