The kitchen teams of the two restaurants prepare culinary delights of the highest standards. The restaurant Romanoff on the historic Bel Etage offers fine modern interpretations of the World's best dishes, while the excellent Two-star Michelin restaurant Da Vittorio - St. Moritz serves authentic Italian cuisine at its best in a casual atmosphere, which takes you on a culinary journey to Lombardy. The Carlton Bar and Lobby with its large sun terrace is the perfect spot to relax and unwind – whether it be lunch with delicious specialities from the grill, a traditional afternoon tea or a glass of sparkling champagne in the evening.

The 60 spaciously appointed junior suites and suites of the 5-star hotel start from 35m² and, alongside the exceptional diversity of colours, offer the highest standard of comfort and state-of-the-art technology. All the suites are south facing with views of Lake of St. Moritz, and most have balconies or terraces that offer heavenly vantage points for many local top events such as the Polo World Cup on Snow or the world-famous White Turf horse racing event. The Carlton Penthouse is the largest and most exclusive of the suites for the ultimate holiday break to St Moritz for up to 6 guests.
Prices are based on two guests sharing a Deluxe Double Room (35m²). All rates will include daily complimentary breakfast buffet, a food, and drink credit (up to CHF 100 per guest/per day), use of the full hotel facilities, spa, 24-hour limousine service, ski shuttle and arrival/departure transfer from St Moritz Station & Samedan Airport.

Offer an elegant interior design with a combined (open-plan) lounge and bedroom area as well as a spacious bathroom. They each have a cosy couch area, and most suites have their own balcony with panoramic view on Lake St. Moritz and Swiss Alps.

Carlton Bar & Bel Etage with Sun Terrace
Open daily, this chic bar is the beating heart of the Carlton Hotel, a perfect spot for some afternoon tea (1pm to 6pm), or to enjoy a cosy drink as you watch the snowy landscape outside. Live music plays from 3pm onwards. Experience some of the best views in St. Moritz for lunch (12pm-3pm) on the Sun Terrace, overlooking mountain panoramas and a beautiful lake vista.
Fondue Gondola
Located outside the front of the hotel, the gondolas await for a delicious cheese fondue for two to four people, open for both lunchtime (12pm to 3pm) and dinner (6pm to 10pm) experiences.
Food & Drink
Every day each guest will receive a food and beverage voucher worth CHF100. This credit can be redeemed in all the hotel's restaurants, as well as for 24 hour room service. It cannot be transferred or paid out, and the credit expires at the end of each day.
