Offering a lot more than a normal self-catered Chalet. Each and every one of Entre Ciel et Terre's guests receives a personal service, from the moment you begin planning your ski holiday, to the journey home. We believe that it's the combination of the chalet managers expertise, obsessive eye for detail and the understated luxury of their chalets that produce the ultimate ski holiday experience in Verbier. Through out your stay there will be a resort manager on hand to assist with any resort arrangements from booking restaurants or providing their knowledge on the beautiful resort plus more, all making sure that you have the best holiday possible.

The added extra of having a 24 hour driver service on hand is an incredible bonus considering this chalet is offered as a self catered property. Your driver can drop you off or pick you up at any time of the day whether this be getting the kids to ski school on time stress free. Or making the most of the Apres till the early hours knowing you can get back easily.

When booked on a catered basis, a professional chef and a talented host are part of the larger dedicated resort team who will ensure you do not have to lift a finger throughout your stay. The emphasis will be on delicious food and beautiful presentation. Five out of the seven days you will be served a delicious cooked breakfast of your choice with continental breakfast options (fresh bread, croissants, fruit and cereals). There is specially selected ground coffee along with an espresso machine and freshly squeezed orange juice to keep you refreshed. Enjoy homemade cakes and cookies when you return from skiing. In the evening there are pre-dinner canapés served with drinks, before moving to the candlelit dining area to enjoy a specially designed supper prepared by your professional chef. You choose; from a four course traditional dinner to sushi, street food, tapas or your personal family favourites. After dinner retire to the sofas to enjoy a selected cheese board or for the more energetic, venture out to sample Verbier's famous nightlife.

Throughout your stay you will be spoilt for choice with the selection of complimentary house wines, house spirits and the drinks fridge will be replenished daily with a local favourite beer and soft drinks. Alongside your talented chef, your host will ensure you have everything you need throughout your stay and will also provide daily cleaning. On the chalet staff days off you will be provided with a continental breakfast, afternoon tea and then you will be helped in booking a table at one of Verbier's fabulous restaurants.
