The Property
Arla Luxury Home holds an enviable position on the swooping slopes of the Tannberg above Lech. This elevated position results in stunning, far-reaching views over the resort and its surrounding mountains. Whilst it is possible to divide this property into three stunning apartment suites, it is also a perfect option for a large group. The chalet offers 5 bedrooms, ample living spaces and a choice of spa facilities, all offered in complete privacy for up to 10 guests.
The contemporary design of Chalet Arla gives the perfect balance of modern and traditional styles, providing a real home from home feel and relaxed space.
On the south side of the building, you will find the first two apartments, the Arla Modern Suite on the lower floor and the Arla Vintage Suite located on the floor above. The Alpine Modern Suite (65 m²) offers a bright living and dining area, spacious terrace with a view over Lech and the Omeshorn and consists of two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The Alpine Vintage Suite (60m²) above, is a modern loft apartment complete with an open living area with fireplace, private balcony, stunning mountain views, and a beautiful master double bedroom with freestanding bathtub and en-suite shower room. Both of these apartments share a ski room and spa area on the lower floor with sauna, steam room, relaxation area and yoga/fitness room.
On the north side of the building, you'll find the Arla Grand Alpine Home which is spread over the three floors of the building. On the top floor of the Grand Alpine Home you will find a large living and dining area with open fireplace, relaxing lounge corner and bar, as well as outdoor seating on a sunny, west-facing terrace. On the floor below you will find the two en-suite bedrooms of the apartment, sleeping up to 4 in comfort. On the lower floor, the Grand Alpine Home benefits from its own private ski room and a private spa with sauna, steam room and massage area. There is also an incredible entertainment room with Darts, Table Football, Pinball Machine and cinema screen.
When taken exclusively, this means you have two spas and a fantastic entertainment suite, all for your own indulgence!
If a more extensive Spa area and swimming pool were also desired, Arla Luxury Home has a 'sister' Club Hotel that is just a 2-minute walk away. Club Hotel Aurelio boasts a beautiful spa complete with a 23m long swimming pool, admission to these facilities are included in the price of your stay.
For smaller groups, it is possible to take the three apartments individually, Arla Vintage Suite (sleeps 2), Arla Modern Suite (sleeps 4) or Arla Grand Alpine Home (sleeps 4).
Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet with the services of a host and housekeeper for daily breakfast preparation and housekeeping. Guests also have complimentary use of the neighbouring Aurelio Club hotel facilities and spa.
Location
Arla Luxury Home is a luxury chalet in Lech located on the sunny slopes of Tannberg. This ski in/ski out chalet in Lech offers direct access onto the Schlegelkopf blue piste and amazing views over the resort of Lech. The nearest lifts are the two Schlegelkopfbahn chairlifts, which are just a short ski away. The beginner slopes, and the Rüfikopfbahn cable car, which provides ski access towards Zürs and St Anton, are found across town, a short 5-minute walk or 1-minute drive.
Situated so close to the bottom of the slopes means that this Lech luxury ski chalet is only a few minutes walking or driving to the centre of resort, where there is a selection of bars, restaurants and shops, with a mix of exclusive fashion brands, winter sports shops, and handcrafted curios.
The Hotel Aurelio, its spa, and facilities are located just two minutes walk from the chalet.
