Chalet Marmotta Neve Apartment 1 is situated on the ground floor of Chalet Marmotta Neve, a property located in the exclusive ski resort of St Anton. Around its 150m² of traditional yet modern environment, the apartment represents the perfect setting to accommodate up to 12 guests, ideal for a family looking to spend their luxury ski holiday in Austria.
Upon entering Chalet Marmotta Neve Apartment 1, there is a spacious hall leading to the main living space. Characterised by a minimalist design, the open-plan living areas offer the chance to relax and socialise after a long day on the slopes. The fully equipped modern kitchen and dining area allow guests to enjoy breakfast and evening meals together in a relaxed atmosphere which resonate a home from home feel.
First-class comfort and luxury follows through in the style of the four double bedrooms, complete of en-suite bathrooms and shower rooms. The apartment also offer a bunk bedroom, perfect to accommodate up to four children. Warm colours and neutral tones create a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere for a good night of sleep.
Guests staying at Chalet Marmotta Neve Apartment 1 can also benefit from a wide range of shared facilities, such as a bio-sauna and a relaxation area, perfect for soothing thigh muscles, after a long day on the snow or simply relaxing in style. A shared ski room with boot warmers is also available to assure that guests are fully ready for their next day of skiing activities. For guests arriving with their own vehicle, a shared garage is also provided.
For larger groups, Chalet Marmotta Neve Apartment 1 can be booked in conjunction with Apartment 2 and Apartment 3 which both sleep up to 8 guests. When taken together as a property, Chalet Marmotta Neve can accommodate 28 guests in total. Please get in touch if this is required for your booking.
Prices are based on exclusive use of the apartment for up to 12 guests and it is offered on a bed and breakfast basis to include daily continental breakfast, afternoon tea and daily housekeeping.

Chalet Marmotta Neve Apartment 1 is part of the luxury snowfront property of Chalet Marmotta Neve, located in an exclusive area of St Anton. Perfect for your luxury ski holiday, this chalet's fantastic location, just set off from an easy blue ski run, ensures you are maximising your time on the slopes. At the end of your day, ski directly back to the chalet, while in the morning, the closest ski lift, Nassereinbahn (Seilbahn), is just a 2 minute walk away from the chalet or a slight traverse on your skis. .
For easy access to St Anton's selection of bars, restaurants and shops, the resort centre is an approximate 15 minute walk or 5-minute drive away.

Consisting of 3 apartments, Chalet Marmotta Neve offers the idyllic setting for a luxury bed and breakfast ski holiday to the Arlberg region. Every morning, a full spread continental breakfast will be delivered to your chalet, providing you with the perfect start to your day in the mountains and the energy needed before a hard day's skiing. Upon your return from the slopes, tea, coffee and cake will await your arrival to the chalet, to help warm up any frosted fingers and supplement the group's after-ski conversations. Daily housekeeping is also included within the service, to ensure a tidy chalet awaits your return. Luxury bath products will be found in every bathroom of the chalet. If required, equipment for the little ones, such as a baby cot and high chair, can be set up to make sure everyone of all ages enjoys their luxury ski getaway in St Anton.
