The Property
Heritage Peaks Estate in Whistler is a spacious, stylish, luxury property, in an exclusive location within the Kadenwood neighbourhood of Whistler Creekside, offering accommodation for larger groups of between 12 and 16 guests. Offering the very best of both privacy and convenience, with a close to ski in/ski out location and gorgeous scenic views, this luxury chalet is complete with a great array of facilities, including an outdoor hot tub, steam room, and gym.
The design of Heritage Peaks Estate is one of clean, modern elegance, with sleek wood interiors and chic modern furnishings. The main living area is beautifully finished, with a double-height living space that feels light and spacious. Towering windows frame stunning panoramic mountain views, and flood the space with light. Relax comfortably on the designer sofas before the warmth of the feature fireplace, or dine together along the open-plan dining area. A fully-equipped open kitchen with large central island completes the living space, while there is also a separate prep kitchen available for use. Heritage Peaks Estate benefits from several sizeable terrace and balcony areas, which include comfortable outdoor furniture, spellbinding snowy views, and a heated dining area and outdoor fire pit, perfect for keeping you warm as you enjoy the fresh air.
For your post-ski relaxation, the chalet features a variety of relaxing wellness facilities. Soothe any tired ski legs in the comfort of the outdoor hot tub, or rejuvenate your achy muscles in the chalet's Hammam. Alternately, you can continue your workout off the slopes in the chalet's well-equipped gym.
Heritage Peaks Estate also boasts a separate TV lounge, a comfortable area for members of your group to escape to for some peace and quiet. Ideal for entertaining, you will also find a wet bar area here, alongside a ping pong table for some more lively après ski celebrations. The stylish TV lounge even benefits from its own fireplace.
In total, Heritage Peaks Estate sleeps up to 16 across six bedrooms. Every bedroom has been designed with clean lines and minimalist décor, to ensure you achieve maximum comfort. There are five double bedrooms, a bunk bedroom with double beds for up to four guests, and a Murphy bed in the chalet's study area. The bedrooms either have their own lavish en-suites, or share modern shower rooms with walk-in showers.
There are two outdoor parking spaces and 2 garage parking spaces available, alongside an EV charging point. The chalet also has ski storage and an office area.
Prices are based on exclusive use of the property for up to 16 guests and is offered on a self-catered basis only. End of stay cleaning is a mandatory service and charged at a supplement of CA$1,470 plus local applicable tax. Prices do not include taxes of 16%, which will be calculated on top of the advertised rates.

Location
Heritage Peaks Estate is a luxury chalet in Whistler located in the prestigious Kadenwood neighbourhood, above Whistler Creekside.
Kadenwood is a ski in/ski out neighbourhood in Whistler. From the property, it is a minute walk to the Whistler Creek Ridge green run, a path that cuts through the trees and takes you down to the ski lifts, including the Whistler Creekside gondola. To return to the Kadenwood neighbourhood, you can ski in via several blue runs, including the Peak to Creek and Upper Kadenwood Trails. Alternately, you can take the Kadenwood gondola, which is private access to the properties within the neighbourhood.
You can take the Kadenwood gondola down to Whistler Creekside, where you will find a number of restaurants, bars, and shops. You can also reach Whistler Creekside in about 6-minutes by car, while the centre of Whistler is just 10-minutes drive away.
