The Property

Chalet Big Bear is nestled in the village of Argentière in the Chamonix valley. This luxury chalet sleeps up to 11 guests across 5 bedrooms. Enjoying spectacular South-West exposure, Chalet Big Bear is guaranteed plenty of sunshine. To your right, guests can also enjoy the lovely view of the Aiguilles Rouges mountain range. Chalet Big Bear benefits from a blend of luxurious design and traditional alpine charm. Pairing modern, contemporary furniture with a wood cabin interior for a cosy atmosphere.

You are welcomed with a large open living space, connecting the kitchen and living area. The room has ceiling to floor windows with panoramic views across Mont Blanc and les Grands Montets ski resort and glacier, allowing you not only to marvel at the view but to brighten the entire space with natural light adding an element of comfort. The lounge seating is cosy and comfortable and centres around the double-sided fireplace. The fire also backs onto a separate study, acting as a heart for the entire floor. The family dining area offers a great place for everyone to dine together and leads on to the modern kitchen which is fully equipped and also features a breakfast bar area. Have a morning coffee or an evening wine while still including the group's appointed cook. Also on this floor, is the TV Room, where kids can escape to for a film night or for a game or two.

Located on the ground floor of the chalet is the sauna with adjoining shower room and separate guest toilet, take some time to sweat out the fatigue. In the evening, you may find yourself slipping into the sunken hot tub in the evenings on the large terrace accessed from this floor for some well deserved R&R after a long day on the slopes.

The master bedroom is located on the top floor of the chalet and has a walk-in wardrobe, en-suite bathroom and balcony. On the ground floor of the chalet you will find a further 4 en-suite bedrooms. All of these are double's and one has a single mezzanine bed to sleep an additional guest. The bedrooms all conform to the wood cabin design, creating that alpine feeling for all guests to enjoy no matter what room they are situated in.

For your convenience, there is a ski room with storage space and boot warmers, as well as laundry facilities.

Zenith 1 and Zenith 2, the sister chalets to Chalet Big Bear can be found directly next door and can be rented together to cater for groups between 35-40, ideal for corporate trips or extended family holidays.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet on a fully catered basis, with in-resort driver service provided.
