The Property

Chalet Chouca presents a welcoming haven for groups of up to 8 guests, looking for a luxury ski holiday just outside the heart of Chamonix. This beautiful semi-detached chalet features spacious, yet homely, interiors, across its 2 floors, made for socialising with friends and family. For additional luxury, there is also an outdoor hot tub perfect for some after-ski rest and recovery!

Nordic-inspired and contemporary in design, with Alpine wooden elements featured throughout, Chalet Chouca's open living area will invite you back into a cosy atmosphere, complete with a window wall framing incredible Mont Blanc views. The sofa area is the best spot to unwind and absorb your surroundings, whilst warming to the central fireplace. Alternatively, get your head in a good book in the reading corner, situated at the back of this floor.

In the evenings, a characterful, wooden dining table presents plenty of room for the whole group to dine together, an idyllic setting for meals inside the chalet angled to perfectly enjoy post-ski conversations and the spectacular mountain scenery outside. The open, modern kitchen is fully-equipped with everything you or your private chef needs to lovingly prepare delicious evening meals inside the chalet. There is also a breakfast bar with bar stools, adjoining the island, which will provide the best start to your ski days.

Chalet Chouca's terrace area is well-equipped to fully admire glowing mountain sunsets, on those warmer evenings of your ski holiday. Take a dip in the bubbles of the outdoor, sunken hot tub, perfect for resting tired ski muscles in front of the most majestic mountain backdrop, featuring Mont Blanc and Aiguille du Midi views. Alfresco dining seats, a BBQ and loungers can also be found on the outdoor terrace.

Chalet Chouca can accommodate for groups of up to 8 guests, across its 4 homely bedrooms. All bedrooms have been lovingly decorated in calming, neutral tones, which perfectly complement the exposed wooden Alpine elements consistent throughout the chalet's luxury interiors. The main bedroom level is found on the lower floor, which consists of 3 beautiful double en-suite bedrooms, all benefitting from shared terrace access. The remaining bedroom is located at the back of Chouca's top floor, behind the living area, which also features an en-suite shower room.

Shared with neighbouring Chalet Kea and Chalet Rytola, guests can make the most of shared garage parking (1 space), as well as plenty of parking outside. There are also SPA facilities (sauna and shower) and an entertainment room with a kitchen area, shared between these neighbouring chalets. The entertainment room can be configured as a conference room, yoga/fitness room or a TV room depending on your group's requirements.

For larger groups, Chalet Chouca could be combined with Chalet Kea, which sit as two side by side properties for up to 16 guests. Alternatively, you can also choose to add Chalet Rytola, sleeping 8-11 guests or even the whole hamlet combined to make Le Nid des Pecles, for up to 27 in total. The chalets within the hamlet are easily connected via the large garage.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 8 guests and is offered on a self-catered basis with mid-stay housekeeping.

The chalet can also be taken with full chalet catering service for daily breakfast, afternoon tea and 6 evening meals. Prices are based on 8 guests, please enquire for smaller group pricing.
