The Property

Chalet Kea presents a delightful stay for 6-8 guests looking for a luxury ski holiday in Chamonix, situated just outside the resort centre. Spread across 2 floors, this semi-detached chalet features contemporary Nordic-inspired interiors, modern furnishings and an outdoor hot tub, perfect for both family and friends.

Made for entertaining, Chalet Kea's inviting interiors combine with high wooden ceilings to create a spacious and homely ambience for your return from a day's skiing. Found on the chalet's upper floor, the open-plan living area has everything you could need for an Alpine ski escape, including a sumptuous sofa space, dining area and fully-equipped kitchen, which all take advantage of Mont Blanc and Aiguille du Midi mountain views framed across large windows. This floor can be accessed via a long ramp walkway, suitable for guests with restricted access.

During warmer temperatures of the season, Chalet Kea's outdoor areas entice you to fully absorb your surroundings, whilst taking in the fresh mountain air. Enjoy an apéritif on the balcony, leading out of the living room, or dine alfresco on the lower, furnished terrace area, complete with a table, BBQ and sun loungers. For post-ski relaxation, guests will also find an outdoor sunken hot tub on the terrace, perfect for unwinding in the evening after skiing in the Chamonix Valley during the day.

Chalet Kea accommodates 6-8 guests across its three lovingly designed bedrooms. Two of these rooms are located on the lower floor, one of which is a family suite complete with children's bunk beds for two little ones. On the top floor lies the remaining en-suite bedroom, maintaining the high ceilings found in the adjacent living area. Suitable for groups with restricted access, this room benefits from wide doorways and a walk-in en-suite shower room, which can be accessed by wheelchairs. All bedrooms exude a cosy and homely ambience, with plush fabrics, contemporary design and exposed wooden elements, presenting welcoming cocoons of home comfort for your night's rest.

Shared with neighbouring properties, Chalet Chouca and Chalet Rytola, guests can make the most of shared garage parking (1 space), as well as plenty of parking outside. There are also SPA facilities (sauna and shower) and an entertainment room with a kitchen area, shared between these neighbouring chalets. The entertainment room can be configured as a conference room, yoga/fitness room or a TV room depending on your group's requirements.

For larger groups, Chalet Kea could be combined with Chalet Chouca, which sit as two side by side properties for up to 16 guests. Alternatively, you can also choose to add Chalet Rytola, sleeping 8-11 guests or even the whole hamlet combined to make Le Nid des Pecles, for up to 27 in total. The chalets within the hamlet are easily connected via the large garage.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 8 guests and is offered on a self-catered basis with mid-stay housekeeping.

The chalet can also be taken with full chalet catering service for daily breakfast, afternoon tea and 6 evening meals. Prices are based on 8 guests, please enquire for smaller group pricing.
