The Property
Chalet Les Drus has 4 en-suite bedrooms sleeping up to 8 people, a great open plan living with a comfortable sofa, wood burning stove and flat screen TV. The adjoining dining area has plenty of space for the group. The well equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, large fridge freezer, microwave and modern range cooker. The living area has sliding doors opening onto the terrace with stunning views.
On the lower ground floor the chalet contains a sauna and treatment room, a home cinema with PS3 and games, and a DVD library. The fourth bunk bedroom with en-suite shower room and a utility room are also located here.
The first floor has a master suite with south facing balcony. The en-suite bathroom has high end fixtures and fittings including double sinks and a separate bath and shower. Two additional south facing en-suite bedrooms are located on this floor. All bedrooms look onto the Majestic Mont Blanc and Aiguille du Chamonix.
The chalet is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in the charming village of Les Praz, boasting some of the most best views of the valley. With a contemporary finish and under floor heating the chalet allows for modern living whilst still keeping the feel of a traditional ski chalet with thick wooden beams and a warm, comfortable feel.
Prices are for exclusive use of the chalet on a self catered basis without travel.
Location
The location is fantastic; a short 200m walk to the main Flegere lift and bus and train connections to the whole valley. Les Praz has both charm and practicality with easy access to both bus and rail networks to get you to all the different ski areas with ease and is just 2km to the centre of Chamonix. Les Praz, however has its own bars and restaurants and has a lovely laid back feel.

● Bedroom 2 – Twin/double room, with a separate bathroom, a bath/shower, double sinks and toilet. This room also has a balcony.
● Bedroom 3 – Double room with an adjoining bathroom with shower separate toilet and luxury fittings.
● Bedroom 4 - bunk room bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.
