The chalet features an expansive open-plan living space, consisting of a minimalistic and elegant lounge, dining area, and kitchen. Plush, comfortable sofas invite guests to rest their legs after a challenging day on the slopes. The dining area comfortable welcomes all 8 guests to dine together, and is found alongside the property's sizeable kitchen island and fully-fitted appliances. Double-height ceilings and towering windows showcase views of Mont Blanc and the surrounding mountains. These windows also allow natural light to fill the entire space, which reflects on the white accent painted interiors and the blonde wood beams on the chalets vaulted ceilings. Chalet Fortuna benefits from a sunny terrace and garden space, a pleasant space for a morning coffee or après-ski drinks,
A stand-out feature of Chalet Fortuna is the TV mezzanine, complete with a cinema style projector, ideal for a family movie night or simply as a quiet retreat away from the loud energy of your group. Fit with beanbags and a luscious sofa, the mezzanine also has space for guests to enjoy yoga. A small office desk is available for guests needing to send a last minute email before enjoying the rest of their stay. There is also a selection of recliners dotted around the hallways, areas where guests can enjoy some quiet reading during their down-time.
Chalet Fortuna accommodates 8 guests within 4 bedrooms, all fit with en-suite facilities. The bedrooms all follow a similar design as the rest of the chalet, pairing crisp, white paint with exposed wood ceilings. Large windows invite natural light to permeate and create bright, refreshing mornings. There are two ground floor bedrooms, as well as two bedrooms on the top floor which open up to a shared balcony, offering a more intimate viewing space for guests. Two of the four double rooms can also be configured as twin rooms instead.
For added convenience, the chalet provides laundry facilities, a ski room with boot warmers, and outdoor parking for 2 cars.
Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 8 guests and is offered on a self-catered basis only.

Location
Chalet Fortuna lies in the heart of the Chamonix valley, just 1km from the centre of town, and offering incredible panoramic views of the Mont Blanc massif.
From Chalet Fortuna, the nearest ski lifts are the Flégère gondola and Planpraz cable car, which are 4 and 7-minutes drive respectively. Both of these bring you into the Brévent-Flégère ski area of Chamonix. Travelling further away within the valley, it will take 11-minutes drive to the Grands Montets ski area, 13-minutes to Les Houches, and 18-minutes to Le Tour.
At just 1km to Chamonix centre, 15-minutes walking will deliver you into the heart of this historic mountain resort, with a great selection of local restaurants, bars, and shops to be found both along the way and in the centre. A 3-minute drive will take you directly into the centre of Chamonix, with a bus stop 2-minutes walk from Chalet Fortuna offering guests an easy way to transport around the valley. For non-skiers, you will also find a sports centre and the Aiguille du Midi cable car, both a few minutes drive away.

Upon arrival, guests will be welcomed to the chalet by the host, who will also be on hand throughout the week to provide in-resort assistance, should you require anything specific during your stay. Pre-arrival assistance is also available, so everything is ready before your arrival at the chalet. As standard, bed linen, towels and luxury L'Occitane toiletries are provided. Following your departure from the property, an end of stay clean is also conducted to leave your chalet in a clean and tidy manner.
