The Property
Spread across three floors, Chalet Nidaya in Chamonix is a beautiful 298m² chalet that can sleep up to 12 guests. Offering several wellness facilities to enhance your stay, Chalet Nidaya is an ideal choice for your next luxury ski holiday in Chamonix.
The ground floor welcomes you into the living areas. Large glass windows throughout this open space allows for natural light to brighten up the room. Wooden beamed ceilings give Chalet Nidaya a traditional alpine feel that perfectly complements the stone fireplace. The crackling fireplace and comfy sofas are where guests can rest and unwind after a long day out on the slopes. Next to the living room, you will find a roomy dining table and a fully equipped kitchen that is complete with a bar, making it a great space to entertain guests and socialise together.
Throughout your stay, when you are looking for a touch of luxury in the mountains, the terrace at Chalet Nidaya boasts an outdoor sunken hot tub and a swim spa swimming pool. Whether you are looking for a relaxing soak or an energetic swim, Chalet Nidaya has everything needed for an ultimate wellness experience in Chamonix. The amazing sauna will also be ideal for any weary legs after plenty of skiing. On top of this, guests can enjoy plenty of family entertainment in the TV lounge, which is situated next to the living areas.
Chalet Nidaya has five cosy en-suite bedrooms, welcoming groups of 10 adults and 2 children. The master bedroom suite is on the ground floor and exudes comfort with its own private log fire, en-suite bathroom, and terrace access. Continuing to the upper floor of the chalet, you will see the four other double bedrooms that all have access to balconies and can be arranged into twin rooms for different groups. Step out onto the balcony and get a glimpse of the stunning Mont Blanc mountain range. The lower ground floor in Chalet Nidaya contains a bunk room that is great for any children in the group.
For added practicality, the bunk room has a desk space, so this room can also be used as an office. Chalet Nidaya also has a ski room, laundry facilities and a garage.
Prices are based on the exclusive use of the chalet for up to 12 guests and is offered with full gourmet catering, open drinks bar and daily housekeeping.
The chalet is also offered on a self-catered basis with regular housekeeping (every other day).
Location
Chalet Nidaya is a superb ski chalet, ideally located within the Les Houches area of Chamonix, in close proximity to the ski slopes and showcasing breathtaking views of the Aiguilles de Chamonix and Mont Blanc.
The chalet is approximately a 10-minute walk to the Aillouds blue piste or you can reach the bottom of the Prarion Gondola in only a 3-minute drive, providing access to the whole of Les Houches ski area. With plenty of gentle slopes and treelined runs, this is ideal for families and beginners, while the World Cup piste is great for more advanced skiers. You can also access the Plan Praz gondola for the Brévent-Flégère ski area further up the valley, which about 15-minutes drive away.
There are restaurants and shops, including a supermarket, in both the centre Les Houches and at the foot of the slopes. These can be reached in around 4-7 minutes drive. Chamonix town centre is a 15-minute drive away for a full range of shops, bars and restaurants. You'll also find the Aiguille du Midi cable car near the town centre, reached in around 12-minutes by car from Chalet Nidaya.

Whether it's having lift passes delivered to you, or an in-house ski and boot fitting, this can all be arranged, no problem. Ski instructors and/or ski guides can also be pre-booked to come and meet you at your chalet ahead of your day on the slopes. They will organise as much or as little as you desire, fully packed weekly itineraries, in-chalet masseurs/beauty treatments. It's all your choice.
