Infinity Lodge

The Property

When we found this old traditional Savoyarde farm building with its incredible location and breathtaking views, we began the long task of renovating it piece by piece to create our own alpine hideaway, ‘Infinity Lodge’. With the help of true French craftsmanship, the result is overwhelming! We have taken great care to maintain the look of an authentic traditional Sayoyarde farm which was first built in the 1800’s. We have used all of the old original wood, beams and pillars throughout the chalet. Antique flagstones make the hallway floor and old oak boards are laid in the bedrooms and living area.

There is 500m² of living space over three levels. The carpentry finish married with the antique furnishings create a rustic charm and tranquil atmosphere.

The lower basement is made up of a spacious library, children’s play area, TV room and a massage/ treatment room.

The Ground floor has 4 en-suite bath and shower rooms, each with access to an outside terrace. The 5th bedroom is located on the upper level.

The main living area on the upper floor, is large, light and spacious, here you will find a large open plan kitchen, a double height dining and living room with a huge traditional open log fire. The large handmade oak dining table can comfortably seat up to 14 people.

The old original beams make the ceiling and eves. The impressive floor to ceiling panoramic windows ensure each and every window gives an infinite and magical view of the Chamonix valley and it’s peaks. Not to mention the balcony, stone terraces, gardens and 13 acres of private woodlands and fields.

When the sun is shining the terrace and garden is a perfect suntrap to relax and enjoy the peace and tranquillity of this charming property and unique location, or perhaps take a dip in the best positioned hot tub in the Chamonix valley!

Prices are for exclusive use of the whole chalet on a self-catered basis, additional services are available upon request.
