The Property

Atmosphère Residence in Courchevel 1850 is a luxury residence comprising 18 apartments and one exceptional penthouse, occupying an unbeatable central location near the slopes of the world's most glamorous ski resort. The 18 apartments offer accommodation for 6-8 guests, alongside an incredible number of shared facilities including a sumptuous 680m² spa area, gourmet restaurant, and ski shop.

The 18 apartments of Atmosphère Residence are situated two per floor, with a mixture of 2-bedroom residences with additional bunk rooms, 3-bedroom, and 4-bedroom properties. They all feature open-plan living spaces with lounge, dining and kitchen areas. Clad with sleek wood interiors and furnished to the highest quality, these luxury apartments are a delightful option for smaller groups of family and friends, presenting an inviting abode to call your own for the week. Each apartment is either dual or triple aspect, showcasing a gorgeous mix of views of the resort, mountains, and slopes. The spacious living areas utilise large windows to bring in plenty of natural light, and all provide access to a private balcony or terrace.

Each apartment of the Atmosphère Residence features a master double bedroom, additional double/twin rooms, with some also featuring rooms with bunk beds. These rooms all have a contemporary alpine style, with elegant interiors and plush bedding. Each one is accompanied by an equally luxurious en-suite, with a rich marble design and the facilities of a walk-in shower and/or bathtub.

The crown jewel of the Atmosphère Residence is the marvellous Atmosphère Penthouse. A sumptuous, palatial 680m² penthouse spread over the top three floors of the building, this opulent masterpiece is offered on a fully staffed board basis, with space for up to 14 guests in seven stylish bedrooms. The penthouse also benefits from a number of impressive private facilities, including a spa area with indoor hot tub, sauna, and massage room, a chic bar area with pool table, and a fireplace in its grand living area.

Guests of the Atmosphère Residence will have use of the building's 600m² spa and wellness area, a fabulous feature abundant with facilities ready to transport you to a world of serenity. A 22m indoor swimming pool is one of the main highlights, perfect for a soothing swim or relaxing beside on the comfortable pool loungers. There's a rejuvenating sauna and Hammam, in addition to three treatments rooms for sumptuous massages and other therapeutic treatments. The spa area also plays host to a herbal tearoom, as well as a gym, yoga studio, and meditation space, allowing you to unwind in a myriad number of ways.

Another fantastic feature of the residence is its bar and restaurant. Whether enjoying a cocktail in the alpine elegance of the bar area, or indulging in creative alpine-inspired gourmet meals in the stylish restaurant, you are sure to experience the high-class taste of luxury that the resort has a glittering reputation for.

For family ski holidays to Courchevel 1850, the Atmosphère Residence houses a charming children's playroom. This unsupervised area provides a mixture of toys and games for little ones, including walls for climbing and Lego.

Each apartment has use of one parking space. This is located in a municipal parking lot, not directly connected to the residence. There is also an on-site ski shop for purchase and rental of snowsports equipment, which also offers ski storage and direct access outside, where a short walk will bring you to the slopes.

Prices are based on exclusive use of an apartment and is offered on a bed and breakfast basis with daily breakfast delivery, daily cleaning, shuttle service, and use of the shared facilities and spa of Atmosphère Residence.
