The Property

Chalet Carat in Courchevel 1850 is a sophisticated, modern chalet finished to the highest of luxurious standards. This 300m² chalet spans three levels, features an indoor swimming pool and cinema room, and can sleep up to 8 guests in the main property, but also offering the option of two extras in the chalet's separate apartment.

The open-plan living area fills the top floor of Chalet Carat. Vaulted ceilings of exposed beams deliver traditional charm, while the furniture is made with sumptuous textiles that provide deluxe comfort. The stunning fireplace draws all the attention with a distinctive design that oozes opulence. The dining table with banquette seating can comfortably seat 8 while a fully-equipped modern kitchen can be found in this open-plan space adjacent. There are French doors leading to a balcony and an impressive terrace with outside dining also. The separate apartment of Chalet Carat personifies Alpine charm, with its own living and dining space, as well as a kitchenette. The finish is more understated and rustic, in comparison to the main chalet, but is a comfortable space when needed.

The lower level of Chalet Carat is where you will find the chalet's magnificent wellness area. Guests have the use of an indoor swimming pool, spectacularly constructed from white marble. There are relaxing loungers to rest on and a bar with mirrored furniture to enjoy a cocktail or two at. There is also a sauna, suitable for up to 6 guests at a time.

Also on this floor, you will find Chalet Carat's cinema room. Purple velvet walls, soft carpeting and plush seating create a perfect atmosphere to sit down with some popcorn and enjoy a movie marathon in. The wine cave just outside this cinema can provide the drinks for this marathon, just be careful not to spill any on the furniture!

Chalet Carat welcomes groups of up to 8 adults and 2 children. The rooms have a cosy, alpine charm, with traditional wood interiors and fluffy, inviting beds. There are four double bedrooms in the main chalet, the master suite being the most luxurious, with an additional seating area filled with fashionable furniture. Each bedroom features a polished en-suite bath or shower room. The children's room is tucked in the eaves of the property, with a narrow staircase leading down to its shower room. An extra en-suite double bedroom can be found in the separate apartment, an ideal space for staff, or those looking for a bit of extra privacy from the main group.

Chalet Carat has a ski room with boot warmers, alongside a laundry room. The boot room provides access to an underground garage, shared with 5 other chalets, with access to the separate apartment included with Chalet Carat.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 8 adults and 2 children and is offered with daily continental breakfast preparation and daily housekeeping. Food and drink charged in addition.
