The Property
Chalet Saint James has been finished with top end furnishings and combines mountain and British styles to give a touch of comfort, elegance and refinement.
Located only a few metres from the Cospillot or Bellecote pistes in a private hamlet, it is everything guests could wish for and more. This 300m² chalet spans three levels and can welcome groups of 8 guests across 4 main bedrooms.
The lower level features a modern wellness and relaxation area with a Hammam and 4 metre long Jacuzzi, perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes. There is also a Fitness room for those keen to stay exercised and in shape. A ski room, laundry area and garage are located on the lower floor also.
The living room feels very warm and welcoming with a large central fireplace being the key feature of the room. There is an elegant dining area and fully equipped kitchen. With doors from the living area onto the impressive terrace you can enjoy the peaceful surroundings of the Domaine de Bellecote.
The chalet has three double bedrooms and a Master suite, all with private en-suite bathrooms. There is a further fifth double bedroom with shower room which can be used on request.
This chalet can also be booked with Chalet Carat and Chalet Les 3 Soeurs which are also located within the Domaine de Bellecote and are all interconnected through the underground garage.
Prices are for exclusive use of the chalet with the services of a housekeeper for daily cleaning.
Location
Situated in the Domaine de Bellecote, Chalet Saint James is one of a small handful of chalets in this exclusive hamlet. The chalet is close to both the Cospillot and Bellecote piste and approximately 10 minutes walk from the centre of Courchevel 1850.

• 1 x Additional guest room (sleeps 2) with shower room located on the same floor.
Please note this bedroom does not have a window but there are light tunnels to bring in natural light.
