The Property

Chalet Khoton is a luxury chalet in Courchevel Le Praz that covers 506m² and houses five bedrooms, sleeping up to 10 guests. With a wide array of wellness facilities on offer, including a swimming pool, Chalet Khoton provides the dream winter escape.

The living area of Chalet Khoton is the ideal space for hosting larger groups. The huge open-plan space provides amazing evening entertainment. As you walk up the stairs, you will be met with the modern fireplace, which is the focal point at the centre of the room. On your left you will find a spacious living room, split into two seating arrangements. Relax on the comfy sofas whilst gazing over the remarkable mountain views out of the expansive windows. A spacious balcony mirrors the living room for when you fancy a closer experience with the stunning surroundings of Courchevel Le Praz. Across the room, enjoy a few laughs during each meal around the roomy dining table. The slick kitchen boasts a social breakfast bar for any drinks and nibbles.

One of the things that comes with a dream escape like Chalet Khoton is a plethora of wellness facilities. Swim a few gentle lengths in the luxurious indoor swimming pool before making the most of the massage room. Comfortable seating sits beside the pool, so you can put your feet up whilst the kids have fun in the pool. Alternatively, after a long day skiing, you might prefer to relax yourself in the sauna, of which the chalet has two, or the Hammam. Chalet Khoton also includes a relaxation area and fitness room to ensure all guests remain entertained throughout the week.

All five bedrooms in Chalet Khoton possess elegant, alpine designs to blend in with the mountainous surroundings of Courchevel. The master bedroom provides the ultimate stay for guests. This room provides a private balcony with some splendid views, the perfect romantic setting for each evening during your stay. The master bedroom also benefits from a dressing room and en-suite bathroom. The remaining bedrooms also boast pure comfort with dressing rooms, balconies and en-suite shower rooms. Three of the bedrooms can also be arranged into twin rooms for added flexibility.

To help give you a stress-free holiday, a ski room, garage, and laundry room are included with Chalet Khoton.

Chalet Khoton and Chalet Irbis are connected through Chalet Khoton's wellness area. These properties can be rented together, which is a great option for larger groups, with space for all 20 guests of the two chalet to dine together in Chalet Khoton. A third chalet is found next door to the two properties, Chalet Beloukha, which can sleep up to 8 adults and 4 children.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 10 guests and includes a housekeeper for daily cleaning and breakfast preparation, and a shuttle service to and from the slopes. Food and drinks are charged in addition.
