The Property
La Maison du Praz is a charming Savoyard chalet in the traditional village of Courchevel le Praz. Sleeping up to 8 guests across its four bedrooms, this three floor chalet provides authentic charm and luxury living in an unbeatable central location close to the slopes. A beautiful renovated barn that still maintains many of its traditional features, La Maison du Praz is an ideal place for a family ski holiday in the Three Valleys, in a peaceful village that has great access to the slopes and further ski resorts.
The top floor of La Maison du Praz hosts the open-plan living and dining areas of the chalet, where exposed beams, wood panelling and a vaulted ceiling gives the space a rustic quality. The lounge has contemporary furniture to relax on beside the classic stone fireplace, in addition to a reading space and work desk. Skylights help bathe the top floor with light, where you will also find a dining table suitable for 8 and a well-equipped kitchen space to craft some delightful mountain delicacies. Just off this friendly space, you will find an east-facing balcony with a pleasant view towards the Brigues slope. For a luxury ski holiday in Courchevel, you would be hard-pressed to find a chalet with more authenticity and charm.
La Maison du Praz is home to four cosy and charming bedrooms, sleeping up to 8 guests, all furnished in a delightful Alpine style. From the soft throws to the weathered wood, the bedrooms exude a homely, mountain allure befitting a luxury chalet in Courchevel Le Praz. The Master bedroom is found on the ground floor of the chalet, with an en-suite bathroom and the option to have two single beds in place of the double instead. The other three double/twin bedrooms are spread across the first floor of La Maison du Praz, with two having en-suite shower rooms and the other an en-suite bathroom. The flexible arrangements of the beds make the property ideal for any variety of mixed groups of family and friends.
When staying at La Maison du Praz, you will have access to the chalet's dedicated ski room with boot heaters for storage of equipment, located on the ground floor. Here is where you will also find a laundry room as well as a garage should you choose to drive to the resort.

La Maison du Praz is located in a fantastic central location of the charming, authentic village of Courchevel le Praz, offering guests a peaceful ski holiday that still provides fantastic access to the famous Courchevel 1850 and the slopes of the Three Valleys ski area.
The chalet is located in a prime position for skiing in the Three Valleys, with less than 5 minutes walk through the village taking you to the Le Praz Gondola, which transports you directly up to the renowned Courchevel 1850. Alternatively, you can grab the Forêt chairlift from the same place as the gondola, taking you over to explore the slopes of La Tania.
The chalet is situated in the very centre of Courchevel Le Praz, extremely close to all the local amenities of the village: shops, ski equipment hire, restaurants and bars. In under 5 minutes you can walk to the Le Praz gondola, which runs until 11:30pm, allowing you to explore all the gourmet restaurants, stylish bars and luxury boutiques of the glamorous Courchevel 1850, before returning to the more peaceful French village of Le Praz.
