The Property
Le C Residence showcases a selection of luxury ski apartments in Courchevel Moriond. In total, the residence building is made up of a total 12 units, all located in a highly accessible location in the resort. Penthouse Paragon provides a desired cosy stay. This luxurious 158m² duplex penthouse offers two floors of complete alpine style and comfort. Four spacious bedrooms ensure 8 guests can experience the perfect luxury ski holiday, whilst being well-positioned in resort.
As you walk into this beautiful duplex apartment, you will be welcomed into the spacious, open-plan living area. A mix of stone, dark woods and modern touches feature to exude a real luxury alpine setting to unwind. Vaulted ceilings above both living room spaces create the perfect social environment. One side consists of a TV and sofa corner for your evening's entertainment, whilst the second seating arrangement can be found near the fireplace for casual conversation. The contemporary, kitchen-dining area is ideal for hosting the entire group during mealtimes. The roomy breakfast bar is also great for a few snacks and drinks.
From the living area, there are two individual balconies with outdoor seating so you can relax and admire your snowy surroundings. Alternatively, head to the balcony on the property's lower floor to dip tired ski legs in the outdoor hot tub's inviting bubbles.
Four double bedrooms are housed amongst the two floors within Le C Penthouse Paragon. Each bedroom boasts its own alpine feel with an en-suite for your comfort. The bedroom on the upper level hosts its own balcony, whilst the remaining three bedrooms share an expansive balcony below. This expansive balcony is also elevated by the use of the outdoor hot tub - the perfect way to start or end your ski days!
For guests looking to drive to their luxury ski holiday in Courchevel, Le C Penthouse Paragon benefits from an underground parking space. A ski locker is also available to guests to use throughout their stay.
In addition to your own luxury facilities, guests also have access to a number of shared amenities found in the Le C Residence building. Guests can use the Spa Le C to enjoy an evening of relaxation amongst the shared sauna, hot tub and massage cabins. Following this, the Bistrot Le C bar and restaurant is the perfect place to head for a drink or bite to eat, in the evenings of your stay. Guests also have access to a ski room and ski shop too. And in the Le C Residence, there is a reception area with concierge, should any questions arise during the ski holiday.
Prices are based on the exclusive use of the apartment for up to 8 guests to include daily breakfast delivery, daily housekeeping and in-resort shuttle service.
The apartment is also available on a self-catered basis with mid-stay cleaning.

Location
The Le C Residence sits in a fantastic location for your luxury ski holiday to Courchevel Moriond. Well-positioned down a quiet street, the residence lies within 150m from the resort's main ski lift hub and centre, thanks to the nearby central escalator. The Ariondaz gondola is just an approximate 3-minute walk from the residence building, which provides access for further skiing in Courchevel. A couple of drag and button lifts are also found here for beginners.
The Le C Residence is close to Courchevel Moriond's main resort centre, featuring bars, restaurants, a local supermarket and ski school. In easy access, these are found a short walk away.
Should you not have access to a car during your ski holiday, a few bus stops are found within 150m from the property, letting you take advantage of a free shuttle service between Courchevel's ski resorts.
