The Property

Le C Residence is a modern residence in the heart of Courchevel Moriond, just 150m from the ski slopes and main street. This residence is made up of 9 luxury apartments and three penthouses which can sleep from 4 to 10 guests. The apartments vary in size from 65m²-280m² and provide well-equipped accommodation to suit both friend groups and families.

A typical chalet style exterior of wood and stone effect welcomes you to your home for the week. Stepping inside, guests are met by a stylish interior, with a lobby and reception as the residence hub, before dispersing off into individual luxury apartments spread across the three floors of the property. Residence Le C offers a home-from-home feeling where modern comfort meets alpine chic.

Within each apartment of the Le C Residence, a similar design is present, blending neutral tones with alpine touches to make a practical and stylish living space. Each apartment offers an open-plan layout, equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. While each apartment varies in size, they each provide a cosy lounge area, dining space, fully fitted kitchen, balcony and various bedrooms and bathroom configurations. For added luxury, there are fireplaces in the larger penthouses and duplex apartment as well as vaulted ceilings, bringing in more ample light. The duplex apartment Koh I Nor and Penthouse Paragon offer that little extra, with private spa facilities to ensure you truly relax while away.

Within the Le C Residence, guests also have access to a number of shared amenities. Guests can use the Spa Le C to enjoy an evening of relaxation amongst the shared sauna, hot tub and massage cabins. Following this, the Bistrot Le C bar and restaurant is the perfect place to head for a drink or bite to eat, in the evenings of your stay. Guests also have access to a ski room and ski shop too.

The Le C Residence is made of 12 private units. The sizes range from two-bedroom apartments all the way up to five-bedroom apartments. The Koh-I-Nor Penthouse is the largest of apartments offering 5 double bedrooms. Penthouse Paragon sits nestled into the eaves, sleeping 8. The last penthouse is Apartment A09 for 7 guests. There are 9 remaining luxury apartments that range in size from 65m², the smallest sleeping 2–4 guests, to 100m², the largest-sized apartment, sleeping 6–8 guests. With many apartments combining double rooms and bunk cabins, these are ideal accommodation choices for families.

For convenience, the residence also offers underground parking, elevator access and laundry facilities.

Prices are based on the exclusive use of a private apartment in the residence to include daily breakfast delivery, daily housekeeping and in-resort shuttle service.

The apartments are also available on a self-catered basis with mid-stay cleaning.

Please note, there is a €60 Admin fee charged in addition.

Location

The Le C Residence sits in a fantastic location for your luxury ski holiday to Courchevel Moriond. Well-positioned down a quiet street, Le C Residence lies within 150m from the resort's main ski lift hub and centre, thanks to the nearby central escalator. The Ariondaz gondola is just an approximate 3-minute walk from the residence building, which provides access for further skiing in Courchevel. A couple of drag and button lifts are also found here for beginners.

The Le C Residence is close to Courchevel Moriond's main resort centre, featuring bars, restaurants, a local supermarket and ski school. In easy access, these are found a short walk away.

Should you not have access to a car during your ski holiday, a few bus stops are found within 150m from the property, letting you take advantage of a free shuttle service between Courchevel's ski resorts.

From the moment you arrive into your luxury ski accommodation, the resort team will ensure you will be well-looked after. Upon arrival, guests will be greeted with a personalised welcome, complete with a welcome pack of essentials for the week, to ensure your luxury ski holiday begins in the best possible way! Each morning, daily breakfast will be delivered to your accommodation, providing the perfect fuel for those long ski days. The concierge service will be able to recommend and book any restaurant reservations, letting you experience the best bars and restaurants in resort and on the mountain for lunch and dinners.

For ease of access, an on request, in-resort shuttle service will transport you from the chalet to the ski lifts and village. Operating from 8am-6pm ensures you will be able to make the first and last lifts of the day, before returning to your chalet to unwind.

The chalet team will conduct daily cleaning and end of stay cleaning, to make sure your luxury ski accommodation is well-looked after during your stay. On request, a mid-week linen change can be offered.

For those looking for a traditional luxury ski holiday, this stylish mountain home offers guests a self catered service with all the trimmings. From the moment you arrive into your luxury ski accommodation, the resort team will ensure you will be well-looked after.
