The Property
Located in the heart of resort within approximately 100m from the snow front and closest ski lifts, Chalet Prosper in Courchevel Village presents 235m² of luxury alpine living. Perfect for family ski holidays in the Three Valleys, this six-bedroom Courchevel chalet features cosy, spacious living areas and sensational wellness facilities that provide an extra touch of luxury for 10-14 guests.
Chalet Prosper's alpine style is apparent across the open-plan living areas found on the second floor, conveniently arranged around a central fireplace. The contemporary feel and smooth dark alpine wood formulate the perfect mountain hideaway setting. The soft sofas in the living area invites all guests to gather round, socialise and rest their legs following a stunning day on the mountains. The sofas are positioned by the large floor to ceiling windows, putting you in the prime spot to enjoy the natural light that spills through. On the other side of the floor lies a dining table and spacious open kitchen, perfect for the evenings of your stay. A balcony also leads out from this floor, for a more intimate look at the snow-topped mountain peaks surrounding the chalet.
During your spare time, be sure to indulge in all the available wellness facilities that are included at Chalet Prosper. Reinvigorate yourself in the glorious sauna and finish the day with a lovely soak in the outdoor hot tub, where you can relax and watch as the stars come out to join. Alternatively, a cardio machine is available for fitness lovers who desire an additional workout after a day on the slopes.
Further entertainment for children can be found in a TV lounge, which offers additional sofas for smaller groups to enjoy some casual viewing and table football for endless evening fun.
In total, Chalet Prosper accommodates for 10 adults and 4 children across six carefully designed bedrooms, designed to promise a comfortable night's rest during your ski escape. On the top floor, the master bedroom exudes delight and luxury through high vaulted ceilings, an en-suite bathroom and private balcony that provides a lovely romantic setting during your ski holiday in Courchevel. Four further double en-suite bedrooms feature, one of which can be configured into a twin room if required. For families, there's also a children's quad bunk bedroom (sleeps 4).
Additionally, Chalet Prosper also has its own garage, plus a ski room to store any equipment throughout your stay.
Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 10 adults and 4 children and includes a housekeeper for daily cleaning and breakfast preparation. Food and drinks are charged in addition.
Please note, the chalet only offers pre-arrival assistance and in-resort concierge services when you opt in to a concierge package. Should you opt in, additional services will be able to be arranged for you on request. (Package upgrades also available).
Location
Chalet Prosper sits in a highly sought-after location right in the heart of Courchevel Village.
The Roys button lift with beginner's area and ski school meeting point is across the road behind the residence building, a couple of minutes walk from the front door. The Grangettes gondola is just 2 minutes walk from the property, while the Tovets chairlift is 5 minutes walk, both of which take you up to Courchevel 1850.
In the centre of resort, Chalet Prosper couldn't be better located with a handful of bars, shops and restaurants on your doorstep. The nearby Grangettes gondola runs every day until 11pm, providing you with easy access to the luxury boutiques and gourmet restaurants of the famous Courchevel 1850. Aquamotion Courchevel can be reached in 2 minutes via a shuttle that stops closeby. Alternatively, it can be reached via an approximate 10-minute walk.

At this luxury property, a concierge service is available on an opt-in basis. Should you wish for some form of pre-arrival and in-resort assistance, there are three levels of services available to you:
The Snow Pass covers your ski essentials, including the organisation of ski passes delivered to your accommodation and ski equipment hire for the duration of your holiday.
The Booking Pass includes everything that the Snow Pass does, with further assistance in booking numerous activities. From restaurant reservations on the mountain and in resort, to all important ski lessons for members of your party, and the organisation of grocery and bakery deliveries, the Booking Pass will have you covered. The team will also help with transfers to and from resort, arranging childcare for families with children, and booking of other non-skiing activities.
The most comprehensive option, the Serenity Pass, covers the first two passes alongside any additional chalet services. Catering options such as meal deliveries, private chefs, and butler services, as well as private transport options during your holiday can be arranged with the Serenity Pass.
Please note, additional cleaning services can be added without the need for any of the passes. The concierge passes allow for assistance with these services, but extra charges for these additional services will still apply. You can opt-in to or upgrade the concierge services at any time before or during your holiday, but for the optimum assistance, it is recommended you do so at the time of booking, so your in-resort team can best meet your requirements.
