The Property

Chalet Altai in Megève is a luxury joint rental consisting of two beautiful chalets in a fantastic location, enjoying the views of the Mont d'Arbois and Rochebrune slopes, situated just outside the resort centre. Accommodating up to 16 guests across seven bedrooms, Chalet Altai is ideal for large groups of friends and families, featuring multiple living spaces and some incredible spa facilities, including a swimming pool.

Spread between two chalets means you benefit from an open-plan living area in both buildings, connecting lounge, dining areas, and kitchens, all designed with convivial living in mind. Comfortable sofas invite you to rest your legs after a long day exploring the slopes of Megève, while sizeable windows offer guests a picturesque snapshot of the valley from the comfort of their exclusive residence. A dual-aspect fireplace in the main chalet breathes warmth to both the lounge and dining spaces, while the second residence has an integrated fireplace that makes the snug lounge area cosy and inviting. There are dining spaces across both properties, with a spacious, fully-equipped kitchen in one and a fitted kitchen making fantastic use of space in the other. Balconies across both chalets give you the chance to escape to the magical winter wonderland outside, admiring gorgeous views of rolling snowy mountain scenery.

Chalet Altai has a fabulous spa area on the ground level of one of its two chalets, perfect for a relaxing spa break in the mountains of Megève. The standout feature is the indoor swimming pool, inviting you for a soothing swim after a long day of skiing in Megève. The sauna and hammam are on hand for your wellbeing, with a session in either helping you to refresh, keeping you in top form for whatever challenge the mountain throws your way. A gym filled with modern equipment is also available for guests who wish to keep up with their fitness routines.

Chalet Altai accommodates up to 16 guests within 7 bedrooms, split across the two properties. The bedrooms have a contemporary alpine design, making use of wood-lined interiors and modern furnishings to create a warm and cosy feel. The main property features 4 en-suite bedrooms, three doubles and a quad bunk room, all with access to either a shared balcony or the terrace. The annex building hosts 3 more double bedrooms, also with access to a balcony. Two of these share a shower room, with the third en-suite. Two of the double bedrooms across the two chalets can also be arranged as twin rooms for greater flexibility.

For practical use, both chalets that make up Chalet Altai feature ski rooms with boot warmers, and laundry rooms. There is also garage parking available at the property.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 16 guests and is offered on a self-catered basis with daily housekeeping.
