The Property

Situated in a quiet setting, yet still in close proximity to Megève's resort centre and the highly sought-after Mont d'Arbois ski area, Chalet Gaia presents a beautiful ski chalet comfortably accommodating up to 13 guests. Offering a suitable option for those luxury family ski holidays with loved ones, this 280m² chalet infuses chic wooden décor with the modern amenities you deserve for a relaxing retreat to the mountains.

A contemporary, light-filled living area, adorned with luxury furnishings, creates a cosy and homely atmosphere for all the family to enjoy together. The central, focal fireplace establishes a commanding position within this space, complete with a collection of soft sofas and armchairs angled towards its emitted warmth, as well as the TV positioned above. On one side of the room, a dining table provides a great opportunity for 8 guests to eat together, as prepared in the adjoining, spacious fully-equipped kitchen. The opposite side of the room beholds an opportunity for in-house chalet competitions, suitable for the little ones and any big kids wanting to join in. Here, guests will be able to make the most of a pool table and pinball machine, to keep fully entertained for those times when not skiing. A bar area, further round the corner, allows for a celebratory drink after your in-chalet tournament.

Panoramic windows and sliding double doors, leading out onto Chalet Gaia's spacious, wrap-around terrace area, showcase a glimpse at the snowy mountain backdrop outside whilst also flooding the open-plan living space with natural light. A covered area of the terrace has been furnished with comfortable lounge chairs, suitable for looking out to the snowy scenery with an alfresco coffee or chilled alcoholic drink.

The wellness area offers a welcoming retreat for those wanting a relaxing holiday in the Alps. Found on the chalet's lower floor, guests will be able to enjoy the sauna and Hammam, ideal for evenings in and soothing any aching ski muscles.

Chalet Gaia maintains its homely atmosphere and contemporary Alpine feel across its 5 bedrooms. Sleeping 8-13 guests, this chalet has 4 double bedrooms on its first floor, all benefitting from en-suite facilities which have been lovingly decorated with elegant tiles. High-ceilings, exposed Alpine elements and large windows, bringing in ample amounts of natural light, feature across the chalet's bedrooms to offer a delightful cocoon of comfort for your sleep. Take a closer look at the surroundings painted across the windows by enjoying each bedroom's balcony access. There is a bunk bedroom with a private shower room, which offers a suitable sleeping space for any children, complete with two bunk beds (sleeping 4 children) and a separate single bed, suitable for a nanny, with plenty of room for activities too.

Chalet Gaia also takes advantage of a garage, ski room and laundry facilities, all available to guests during their stay. For convenience, there is an elevator for easy access between floors.

Prices are based on the exclusive use of the chalet for up to 13 guests on a self-catered basis to include daily housekeeping, welcome massage and concierge service.
