The Property

Chalet Nordmann is a secluded and inviting chalet located in the renowned resort of Megève. Across its 400m² a unique alpine atmosphere is enhanced by the wooden design, creating the perfect accommodation for your mountain retreat. A combination of traditional and modern furniture elevates the interiors to a high standard of luxury, making the property the ideal place for up to 14 guests.

Large picture windows welcome you, in the spacious open-plan living area, which is amplified by the presence of natural light, flooding in from every angle. Whether you take a leisurely approach to your holiday or after an intense day of skiing in Megève, here you have the opportunity to choose from two comfortable seating areas. Warm yourself up in front of the fireplace, while relaxing with a good book and a glass of wine, or socialise with your group while watching your favourite show in the TV corner. With a glass walkway above and feature lighting, the double height space remains cosy and yet has a grand feel to it.

On the opposite side of the room, a large and modest dining area is ready for you to enjoy high quality breakfast, giving the perfect start for your day on the slopes. A modern fully-equipped kitchen adjacent, is available to the nominated cook of the group, for them to prepare warm dishes for those cosy nights in, creating a home away atmosphere during your luxury ski holiday in Megève.

From the living area, step outside on the large terrace to admire the breath-taking landscape while relaxing on the lounge egg-chairs or enjoying an alfresco apéritif thanks to the outdoor dining area furniture. The kids of the group have ample outdoor space to play in the snow and run off steam.

At the end of a full day on the snow, you will be looking forward to coming back to the luxury wellness facilities offered in Chalet Nordmann. Located on the lowest level of the building but still with access into the garden, the spa area provides an inviting snowy backdrop for your leisure hours. Enjoy looking out onto the breathtaking landscape while swimming in the modern indoor pool, or alternatively relax in the nearby hot tub with a glass of Champagne, taken from the adjacent bar area. Another option is to soothe your achy muscles in the chalet's sauna, and make sure to maintain your peak physical condition, ready for the next day of skiing.

The traditional alpine design is also followed in the six luxurious bedrooms, all complete of their en-suite bathrooms or shower rooms, and spread out over the four levels of Chalet Nordmann. The master bedroom can be found in the first floor, benefiting of its own private lounge area, balcony access and a jacuzzi bathtub, while the other four double bedrooms are split between the other three floors, with three of them privileging of a direct balcony access. Situated on the lowest floor, there is also a bunk bedroom which can sleep 4 children, representing the perfect option for two families travelling together.

To make sure your luxury ski holiday start off at its best, the chalet also features a spacious ski room with boot warmers, ideal to leave your equipment to dry and be ready for the next day on the slopes. For guests arriving with their own vehicles, there is parking for six cars. The chalet also has laundry facilities.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 14 people and includes daily breakfast service, afternoon tea, housekeeping and selected complimentary drinks.
