Chalet des Fermes in Megève lies in the heart of the resort, just outside the centre, in a quiet hamlet alongside the elegant 5* Hotel Les Fermes de Marie. Enter into a world of luxury and authenticity at this private 400m² chalet, which offers groups of up to 10 guests, accommodated across 5 bedrooms, a generous, traditionally styled mountain home with private spa facilities and unparalleled access to all the incredible hotel facilities, including its spa and restaurants.
This Megève luxury chalet respects its heritage as a mountain retreat in both architecture and interior design, flaunting exposed wooden beams, rustic interiors, and making use of noble materials throughout. The chalet is spread over 3 levels, with the living areas found at the heart of the property. You are welcomed into a large lounge with a stunning fireplace and desk area grouped in the centre of the chalet. Double-height vaulted ceilings above the lounge bring a sense of grandeur to an otherwise cosy and inviting space. There is an adjoining dining room which opens out onto a large private terrace, offering guests a private outdoor area with views of the surrounding valley. With this intimate, covered terrace as an alternative to the dining room, alongside a fully equipped kitchen (also with its own eating area), the Chalet des Fermes offers a host of little places to enjoy breakfast and afternoon tea.
The private spa at Chalet des Fermes adds to the indulgence of your stay. A small but inviting indoor hot tub sits alongside a massage table and relaxation space in the chalet's wellness area. Alongside these wonderful facilities, you will also find a sauna for rejuvenation, in addition to a selection of gym facilities, with both cardio equipment and free weights.
Chalet des Fermes can accommodate up to 10 guests across its 5 double bedrooms. The bedrooms all follow the same overall style of the chalet, with wood interiors and traditional furnishings, with each bedroom expressing an individual theme. The master bedroom, with an open-plan bathroom and large walk-in wardrobe, takes up the whole top floor and offers stunning views of the Jaillet mountain range. The 3 bedrooms at ground level, with blue, red, and orange themes, have been designed for cosiness and comfort. All bedrooms contain plush, comfortable bedding to ensure a good night's rest for guests, with each accompanied by either an open-plan or en-suite bathroom.
Guests of Chalet des Fermes also receive access to all the fantastic facilities and services of the 5* Hotel Les Fermes de Marie, which connects to the chalet via an underground passageway. The hotel's Pure Altitude Spa provides a wonderful world of signature massage and beauty treatments, as well as featuring an indoor swimming pool, indoor and outdoor Jacuzzis, steam rooms, saunas and Japanese baths. There is also a fitness room and hair salon. The hotel features a convivial bar and many delightful restaurants, some on-site and others around Megève, both in the village and up the mountain. The hotel also has a kid's club with lots of fun family activities in winter in Megève, while ski enthusiasts can make use of the on-site ski shop for all their equipment rentals and purchases.

Chalet des Fermes de Marie is a luxury chalet in Megève, located in an exceptional location just outside the resort centre, sitting alongside the luxurious 5* Hotel Les Fermes de Marie.
For skiing, the nearest lift to the chalet is the Chamois gondola, an easy 8-minute walk through town. This lift brings you up towards the Rochebrune area, from which you can connect over to Mont d'Arbois within the wider Evasion Mont Blanc ski area. Through the other side of town, around 20-minutes walk or just 4-minutes drive, you will find the Jaillet gondola, giving access to the other side of Megève's ski area, the Portes du Mont Blanc.
While having access to the spa, bar, and restaurants of the adjacent 5* Hotel Les Fermes de Marie, you are also expertly located just a 5-minute walk from the centre of Megève. In the resort centre you will find a great collection of luxury shops, fine-dining restaurants, bars, and more.

Having just returned from a four day trip to Megève, I can confirm that its reputation as a beautifully preseved and gloriously sunny resort is certainly true! Granted, I travelled in the height of summer and there was apparently one almighty thunder storm the day before we landed, but our time there couldn't have been better....
