The Property

Chalet Apartment 101 in Méribel is a luxury ski-in/ski-out property in the Rond point area of resort. Accommodating groups of 8-12 guests across its five bedrooms, this luxurious modern alpine apartment comes with a spacious balcony with hot tub, as well as access to the residence shared spa. Alongside its prime location, this 200m² luxury apartment has all you could wish for from a self catered property in Méribel.

At the heart of Chalet Apartment 101 sits its open-plan living space. with a light, clean, contemporary alpine aesthetic. A lounge, dining area, and kitchen sit across one open-concept space. Light woods, and pristine white furnishings and walls combine for this living area that exudes modern mountain chic. A smartly-integrated fireplace blesses the room with warmth, whether you are unwinding on the plush, fluffy white sofa of the lounge or indulging in a homecooked meal along the dining table. A glossy white fully-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar completes the main living space.

Chalet Apartment 101 features an expansive terrace of 130m². With plenty of space to socialise outside, overlooking the resort and stunning mountain scenery, it's an idyllic spot for some après ski drinks in the sun. Complete with an outdoor dining area, as well as a soothing outdoor hot tub to help you unwind after skiing, it's undoubtedly a standout feature of the property. Inside the chalet, a cosy TV lounge offers another area to escape and unwind.

There are five bedrooms to Chalet Apartment 101, accommodating groups of up to 12 guests. A variety of sleeping arrangements are available, with a fixed double, two double/twin bedrooms, a twin, and a bunk room for four with adult-sized bunk beds. The bedrooms have wood-lined interiors, sumptuous bedding, with an understated, elegant contemporary alpine style. All rooms are accompanied by either en-suite or separate private bath or shower facilities. One of the bedrooms also provides access to the apartment's spacious terrace with hot tub.

A luxurious bonus of staying at Chalet Apartment 101 is the use of the shared spa facilities of the Alba Residence. The perfect way to unwind after skiing directly back to the property, you can relax with a soak in the swimming pool, in between rejuvenating stints in the sauna or steam room. The wellness area also features a gym, perfect for keeping in your best shape for the slopes.

For your convenience, the apartment has private laundry facilities, as well as access to a shared ski room, where you will have private ski lockers with boot warmers. There are 2 covered parking spaces in the building's garage available for guest use.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the apartment for up to 12 guests and is offered on a self-catered basis to include daily housekeeping and in-resort driver service.
