The Property

Chalet Xanadu is a beautiful 6-bedroom Morzine chalet, well-suited to large groups of families and friends. Sleeping 14-20 guests, Chalet Xanadu's interiors have been lovingly decorated, making the most of high ceilings, homely furnishings and inviting facilities, to present a real Alpine home from home feel to your luxury ski holiday in the Portes du Soleil.

Split over 6 levels, Chalet Xanadu's spacious interiors exude a boho-chic design. The main living floor, found on the chalet's 4th level, sits beneath the eaves of the property where majestic high wooden ceilings tower, establishing an airy ambience to relax in. An incredible window wall also contributes to the light-filled room, helping to showcase a grand selection of homely furnishings that lie within here. Well-positioned for socialising, a huddle of sofas and armchairs occupy the centre of the floor, perfectly set up to maximise the warmth from the fireplace and look out to stunning views over Pointe de Nyon and the Pléney slopes. To one side, a large wooden dining table offers great space for 14 guests to dine together, indulging on the delicacies prepared by your chalet chef. Towards the back of this room, an elegant, open kitchen allows for mealtime preparations to be conducted by your chalet team. The breakfast bar, and accompanying barstools, make for a fantastic viewing spot to watch your culinary team in action, picking up any tips to flaunt when cooking on staff nights off.

Step out onto Chalet Xanadu's wraparound balcony, leading out from the main living floor, to finish drinks watching the sunset over the snowy mountain landscape. Comfy armchairs and beanbags will provide a warm welcome when returning back inside, watching any missed episodes in the cosy TV snug corner tucked towards the back of the property. Alternatively, little ones may wish to head up to the kids' den on the mezzanine floor, letting imaginations run wild in their secret hideaway.

For post-ski relaxation, Chalet Xanadu has the luxury wellness facilities you desire. Featuring as one of our luxury ski chalets with an outdoor hot tub and sauna, Chalet Xanadu's relaxation area and terrace are just what is required after a hard day of skiing in Morzine.

In total, Chalet Xanadu sleeps 14-20 guests across its 6 bedrooms. Finished in a similar style to the rest of the property, each room maintains a cosy and homely atmosphere, decorated with simplistic, neutral tones that compliment contemporary wooden interiors. The master double suite, comes complete with a terrace and outdoor furniture perfect for alfresco mornings. A quad double bunk bedroom is also found on this level, suitable for family ski holidays, sleeping 8 guests. The remaining double bedrooms are split between the chalet's third and fifth levels, 3 of which can be configured as double or twin beds for your group's flexibility. There is also the option to add 2 extra guests in the kids' den on the mezzanine floor, please enquire.

For convenience, this Morzine chalet has a ski room with heated boot warmers and garage storage, perfect for any ski equipment. There is an office space for those needing to catch up on any missed work. A SONOS sound system, in the living area, lets you holiday to the sounds of your own playlist. For those driving to their luxury ski holiday, Chalet Xanadu has 6 private, outdoor parking spaces. Laundry facilities are also available inside the property.

Prices are based on the exclusive use of the chalet for up to 14 guests, to include full gourmet catering with an open bar and 24hr on call driver service.
