The Property

Ferme Colline D’En Bas is a luxury self-catered apartment on the ground floor of an historic chalet right in the heart of Morzine. This 80m² apartment sleeps up to 9 people -in 4 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms.

The living space consists of a sitting room and generous kitchen diner which are linked by a large opening, so although these are two separate rooms, the space feels light and open plan. The cosy living area has floor to ceiling windows and a view onto the Pleney piste beyond. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, coffee machine and wine fridge. There is a large dining table with plenty of space for the full group.

Externally, there is a large garden and terrace with a private hot tub. This hot tub has lovely views across to the Pleney slopes.

Of the four bedrooms, three have king sized beds, which can also be set up in twin configuration. The last bedroom is a triple bunk room. Two of the king sized bedrooms have an en-suite and the other shares a family bathroom with the bunk room. The apartment has a full-sized bath in one of the en-suite bathrooms.

The apartment has a private entrance onto a driveway with space for 2 or 3 cars. There is a boot room in the cellar on the lower floor, which also has a separate entrance. In the boot room you will find boot warmers, ski racks and a washing machine/dryer.

For larger groups, it is possible to take this property with the apartment below, Ferme Colline d'En Haut, which can accommodate up to 12 guests. In total, the combined property would sleep up to 21 guests and so is an ideal option for a large group wishing to stay together.
