The Property
Three Bears is a chalet apartment, yet has the feel of a free standing chalet due to the high ceiling and exceptional views in which you associate with a stand-alone property. Across two floors, a spacious living area and three bedrooms, the chalet can sleep up to 8 guests.
The upper floor of the property has an open-plan split living/dining area, with floor to ceiling windows apparent across the two levels. Spacious and cosy, the living area is an inviting space to relax after a day out on the mountain, whilst the modern fireplace provides warmth for the chillier evenings. Take the few steps up from the living area, and you are greeted with the open plan dining and kitchen space. The kitchen has plenty of space for the designated cook to work away, whilst the dining room table easily seats 8 guests at one time. From both levels you can access the outdoor wrap-around balcony and terrace. This is a great spot for outdoor dining or for enjoying a pre-dinner cocktail. At the end of the terrace there is a covered outdoor hot tub, seating up to 4 guests at one time.
In total, Three Bears can sleep up to eight guests across the three bedrooms, all of which are located on the lower floor. There is a master bedroom with super-king sized bed, a double room with king sized bed, and a bunk room which can sleep up to 4 guests. Each of these bedrooms have an en-suite bath or shower room, and the master has a private balcony, whilst the other two share.
For convenience, there is a ski room for all your equipment and parking, should you be self-driving.
For groups wishing to be close to one another, there is a sister property, Goldilocks, sleeping 10 - 12 guests, which sits next door.
Prices are based on the exclusive use of the chalet for up to 8 guests on a self-catered basis with mid-week housekeeping and towel changes.
Additional services, such as food delivery hampers, a hosted dining service and a ski shuttle service, are available for an extra cost, please enquire.
Location
Three Bears is located in a private area of Morzine, with stunning views across the valley. For any skiers in the group, The Super Morzine, is around a 10 minute walk from the chalet, via the footbridge, providing access to the Avoriaz side of the Portes du Soleil. A further 5 minutes' walk, and you will reach the Pléney lift, which heads across the other side of the ski area, towards Les Gets.
The centre of Morzine is also within walking distance of the chalet, allowing guests to experience the wide range of bars, restaurants and shops available.

When taken as luxury self-catered ski accommodation, guests will have the flexibility to explore all that the resort has to offer and make the most of the chalet's facilities. Upon arrival, prepare to be greeted by a friendly resort manager, who will ensure you settle straight into your luxury chalet. Expected towel changes, mid-week housekeeping and luxury Bamford toiletries are also included within this package.
Guests have the option to add on delivery hampers, to offer home-from-home flexibility with how you wish to enjoy mealtimes on holiday. A range of hampers, drinks packages and menu plans are available, to cover all catering requirements. Choose between fresh breakfast hampers with tasty pastries and/or supplies for cooked breakfasts too or luxury dinner hampers with a simple recipe kit and fresh produce to whip up a dinner in as little as 20 minutes!
As part of the operator's bespoke service, additional extras are available to tailor-make the holiday you desire! Alongside their trusted partners, the team will be able to arrange things like airport transfers, ski instruction and guides, lift passes, ski equipment and childcare, whatever you need to complete your holiday.
