The Property
La Constellation is a luxury serviced apartment laid out over 2 floors, sleeping from 8 to 10 guests. It has 4 ensuite bedrooms and a private outdoor hot tub. The apartment is in a prime location close to the Pleney Telecabine and with the shops and restaurants of town on your doorstep.
The open plan living area is on the upper floor with large balconies on the side and front of the apartment, making the most of the beautiful mountain views beyond to the peaks of Nyon and Ressachaux. The light and airy room includes dining for 8 and comfortable seating with a comfy large sofa and armchairs and a large beanbag, perfect for relaxing.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, dishwasher and large fridge freezer to suit your self catering needs.
A hot tub, to ease those aching limbs at the end of the day, sits on the private terrace with views to the peaks of Nyon and Ressachaux. There is also outside dining on this terrace, a great way to spend a sunny evening with an apres ski drink in hand.
There are four en-suite bedrooms, three on the ground floor and a further bedroom on the first floor. All the beds can be made as twin or double configurations and they are all full sized, making this the perfect apartment for a group of friends. The family bedroom is on the ground floor. It has an en-suite shower room, super-king or twin sized beds and a patio door onto the private terrace. Two full sized single beds sit above allowing for this room to flex into a quad room. The bedroom has a large Smart TV with Freeview channels, perfect for kids to watch a movie away from the adults in the living room.
The washing machine and tumble dryer are found in the apartment, just off the family bedroom.
The apartment has underground private parking for 2 cars as well as boot warmers and plenty of space to store skis.
Prices are based on exclusive use of the apartment on a self-catered basis with mid-week housekeeping.
The apartment is also available with a contactless catering service with daily breakfast, afternoon tea, and meal delivery on 6 nights. Prices are based on 8 adults. Additional guests can be added for a supplement of €270 per week. Discounts apply for teens and child guests.
Location
The apartment is in a superb location, approximately a 5 minute walk away from both the Pleney and Super Morzine Telecabine's making the full ski area easily accessible.
The shops, bars and restaurants of Morzine are on your doorstep, ideal for when you are on a self catering holiday.
