The Property
Le Pleney Penthouse 303 is a spacious 145m² property which solely occupies the top floor of Les Portes du Pleney residence, sleeping up to to 8 adults and 2 children across 4 large bedrooms. Ideally located within the centre of Morzine just 50m from the Pleney lift and all the local amenities.
The large open plan living/dining area is light and modern with plenty of comfortable seating, perfect for sitting back in front of the fire with a drink in hand. Adjacent to the large dinning table you will find the modern fully equipped kitchen, with a large island and breakfast bar. There is also a separate drinks area with a wine fridge and coffee machine. With Juliet balconies facing multiple directions, the apartment is flooded with natural light and perfect for soaking up the mountain air.
Le Pleney Penthouse has 4 large bedrooms all with generous en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom includes the luxury of a large feature bathtub within the bedroom plus an ensuite shower room. The other three bedrooms can all either be set as a large extra-long super king or twin beds, with one family suite also having an extra two beds in an overhead bunk which is great for parents and with children or four teenagers wanting to share a room. The en-suite for this family room has a bath.
The property also comes with underground parking, a ski locker with boot warmers and a washing machine and tumble dryer.
Prices are based on exclusive use of the property for up to 10 guests on a self-catered basis.
Location
Le Pleney Penthouse is ideally located within the centre of Morzine and just 50m from the Pleney Lift providing quick and easy access into the Morzine and Les Gets ski area.
If you wanted to catch the Super Morzine telecabine, the the lift is just 500m away. For ease and comfort, you can jump on le Petit Train from the Pleney telecabine which will drop you at the Super Morzine lift every 10 minutes.
The local shops bars and restaurants are all on your doorstep, making this the perfect property for a self-catered stay in Morzine.
