The Property

Chalet d'Élé is a luxury chalet in Serre Chevalier with a swimming pool, a gorgeous stone and timber property that exhibits a style of understated luxury through its use of natural materials and muted furnishings. With four luxurious bedrooms and an expansive dormitory, this chalet can welcome anywhere between 8 and 15 guests for a luxury ski holiday to the French Alps.

Chalet d'Élé is a generous offering, spread across four levels and 400m² of space. The first floor level features the main living areas of the chalet, a spacious, open-plan lounge, dining and kitchen area. The lounge benefits from double-height ceilings and an aspect of extensive picture windows that gaze out towards the mountains and ski area of Serre Chevalier. Plush, slate grey sofa seating congregates around the fireplace and makes for a cosy and convivial atmosphere. Across from the lounge, separated by the chalet's winding staircase, you will find the chalet's dining table. This area is complemented by a stylish, matte black kitchen, where a generous kitchen island and full range of facilities will assist in crafting delicious home-cooked mountain meals. The main lounge opens onto a balcony, while the dining area gives access to a terrace that extends into a small garden area, perfect for children to play in the snow.

Located on the lowest level of the property, Chalet d'Élé features a spa area to help ease any aches and pains picked up from a day skiing in Serre Chevalier. The spa area features both an indoor swimming pool and a spacious sauna, with some comfortable loungers to relax upon between rejuvenating wellness sessions.

This lowest level is also home to the chalet's cinema room. Tiered sofas, intimate lighting and a big screen projector creates the perfect home cinema experience to while away an evening with a movie marathon.

Chalet d'Élé is adeptly set up to welcome different sized groups to a luxury ski holiday in Serre Chevalier. The chalet can sleep up to 15 guests total, featuring four double bedrooms and a dormitory. Lightly furnished and enveloped by natural wooden interiors, the chalet's bedrooms provide a soothing alpine atmosphere, ideal for guests' relaxation and rest. The four bedrooms all come en-suite, while the dormitory has access to a separate shower room on the level below. The dormitory includes a double bed and six singles, a functional space for children, teens and any guest overflow.

Chalet d'Élé comes with parking available for up to four cars. There are also laundry facilities and a practical ski room, complete with boot heaters and plenty of storage.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 15 guests and is offered on a self-catered basis with twice-weekly housekeeping service.
