The Property
Covering 295m², Chalet Flocon des îles in Saint Martin de Belleville is a marvellous six-bedroom mountain home in the heart of resort. Sleeping 10 adults and 4 children, this chalet is a suitable choice for a luxury family ski holiday in the Three Valleys, sitting just a 2-minute walk away from the snow front and village centre.
The main living area sits on the top floor of Chalet Flocon des îles, showcasing an open-plan design and a homely atmosphere. Stylish furniture surrounds the warming fireplace, pleasantly complemented with a stone wall and slanted wooden ceilings that create a wonderful mountain hideaway experience. Gorgeous large windows allow natural light to spill through and frame sensational mountain views outside, which can be admired from the sofas or the dining table. With enough dining space for the whole group, it is the perfect spot to indulge in each hearty homemade meal. The kitchen area completes the living arrangements on the opposite end of this floor, giving you all the freedom you need for meal preparations. To further elevate your evenings at Chalet Flocon des îles, guests can step out from the living areas and get a closer look at the stunning views from the balcony. Alternatively, additional seating can be enjoyed on the terrace below.
Following an active day on the slopes, the luxurious cinema room ushers guests to relax and unwind to a family film in the evening. Tiered, red velvet sofas convey a classic cinema experience, whilst wooden cladding on the ceiling is reminiscent of the mountain surroundings. After the film has ended, the table football and children's corner encourages any younger guests to burn any remaining energy before bed.
In total, Chalet Flocon des îles accomodates 14 guests across find six beautifully designed en-suite bedrooms. Carefully laid out to offer a cosy, homely feel throughout, guests staying at this mountain home can easily settle into its typical alpine style. Two of the five double rooms also feature balconies, allowing guests to experience a romantic evening before resting for the night. The last bedroom is a children's quad bunk bedroom (sleeps 4 guests), which makes Chalet Flocon des îles a perfect option for families.
For convenience, Chalet Flocon des îles also includes an office space, ski room with boot warmers, garage and laundry facilities.
Chalet Flocon des îles sits adjacent to Chalet Sable Blanc (sleeps 10-14 guests). When taken together, the two chalets make a great option for larger groups of up to 28 guests.
Prices are based on the exclusive use of the chalet for 10 adults and 4 children and is offered on a self-catered basis with mid-stay cleaning.
Please note, the chalet only offers pre-arrival assistance and in-resort concierge services when you opt in to a concierge package. Should you opt in, additional services will be able to be arranged for you on request. (Package upgrades also available).
Location
Chalet Flocon des îles lies in the heart of St Martin de Belleville, approximately 150m away from the village centre and main snow front.
Within a 2-minute walk from the Village button lift, its location is perfect for beginners and families. Here lies two beginner slope carpet lifts, the ski school meeting points and access to the Saint-Martin gondola, which allows for further skiing in Saint Martin de Belleville and the wider Three Valleys ski area.
The centre of Saint Martin de Belleville also lies a couple of minutes' walk from Chalet Flocon des îles, within close proximity to the village square where the tourist office, the nearest bars, restaurants, and supermarket can be found. Further shops, restaurants, and bars can also be found slope-side, leading up to the snow front.

In addition to having all the essentials taken care of, from bed linen on arrival, luxury bathroom products and towels, you will find extra little touches designed to bring a smile to your face, such as a special welcome pack and champagne reception.
At this luxury property, a concierge service is available on an opt-in basis. Should you wish for some form of pre-arrival and in-resort assistance, there are three levels of services available to you:
The Snow Pass covers your ski essentials, including the organisation of ski passes delivered to your accommodation and ski equipment hire for the duration of your holiday.
The Booking Pass includes everything that the Snow Pass does, with further assistance in booking numerous activities. From restaurant reservations on the mountain and in resort, to all important ski lessons for members of your party, and the organisation of grocery and bakery deliveries, the Booking Pass will have you covered. The team will also help with transfers to and from resort, arranging childcare for families with children, and booking of other non-skiing activities.
The most comprehensive option, the Serenity Pass, covers the first two passes alongside any additional chalet services. Catering options such as meal deliveries, private chefs, and butler services, as well as private transport options during your holiday can be arranged with the Serenity Pass.
Please note, additional cleaning services can be added without the need for any of the passes. The concierge passes allow for assistance with these services, but extra charges for these additional services will still apply. You can opt-in to or upgrade the concierge services at any time before or during your holiday, but for the optimum assistance, it is recommended you do so at the time of booking, so your in-resort team can best meet your requirements.
