The Property

This luxurious stand alone chalet in the centre of St Martin de Belleville has been finished to a very high standard. Spread across 3 floors, the chalet can sleep up to 10 people within 4 bedrooms and makes the perfect property for a group of friends. When entering the property, it is apparent that the chalet owner is an artist due to the artwork on the walls and modern furnishings.

The middle floor of the chalet is a central point for socialising with the large open plan living area inviting you to sit back, relax and enjoy a glass of wine whilst admiring the stunning views that the chalet offers. With comfortable sofas and a roaring four sided fireplace, this is the perfect place to rest after a long day on the mountain. On sunny days step out onto the balcony, have a seat on the outdoor furniture and take in the stunning views of St Martin de Belleville and its mountain backdrop. The open-plan kitchen is a welcoming area with enough surface space to cook up homely meals. There is also a dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine to use at your disposal.

On the lower ground floor, you will find a snug TV Lounge, with a sofa bed, large TV, games console, films and games. This is brilliant space for teenagers to hide away whilst the adults are in the main lounge. Also on this floor are three en-suite bedrooms, which all have access to a large sun terrace with breath-taking views of the surrounding mountains. The master bedroom, located on the top floor of the chalet has a super king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom.

For added convenience, there is a ski room with boot warmers and a washing machine. There is also an underground garage with 3 private parking spaces.

Price is based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 8 guests on a self-catered basis with end of stay cleaning and concierge. An additional 2 guests can be accommodated on request, please enquire.
