The Property
Chalet Duchesse is a luxury chalet in St Martin de Belleville that has everything needed to support your comfort throughout your stay. Housing 5 bedrooms and sleeping 10 guests, this 230m² property is the ideal family getaway home.
The middle floor, which holds the living area of Chalet Duchesse, immediately draws you in. The roomy modern sofas, which are nicely complimented by two comfy armchairs, surround the warm fireplace to create a lovely social setting. The dining table sits across from this and is conveniently partnered with the fully fitted kitchen. This modern kitchen has everything you need to prepare all your delicious meals for the family. Large glass doors line the whole living area, allowing natural light to flood through the room. If you walk through the glass doors, you will find yourself on the expansive terrace, with outdoor seating, in front of some incredible panoramic views of St Martin de Belleville.
In the evening, when you are wanting to relax and unwind, the ground floor decking provides you with an outdoor Jacuzzi. This spacious facility comes with some impressive mountain views for you to be amazed by whilst having a drink and giving those aching legs a soak.
As well as the living area, Chalet Duchesse also accommodates a TV lounge with table football for some friendly family competition. This snug space is perfect for a cosy night in while on your luxury ski holiday to St Martin de Belleville.
There are 5 bedrooms to Chalet Duchesse, accommodating up to 10 guests. The master bedroom dominates the top floor of Chalet Duchesse. As well as a dressing room, the master bedroom is also accompanied by a private balcony for that romantic setting. Amongst this floor you also have a double/twin room and the children's bedroom. The remaining two bedrooms share the terrace on the ground floor. All five bedrooms have plentiful room, three of which have the added bonus of owning a luxurious en-suite, with the other two bedrooms sharing a bathroom.
A ski locker with boot warmers, one garage parking space and laundry facilities are also included with Chalet Duchesse.
Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 10 people and is offered on a self-catered basis only.
Please note, the chalet only offers pre-arrival assistance and in-resort concierge services when you opt into a concierge package. Should you opt in, additional services will be able to be arranged for you on request. (Package upgrades also available).
Location
Chalet Duchesse is a luxury chalet in Saint Martin de Belleville in a great location close to the centre and ski slopes.
Chalet Duchesse is just a 2-minute walk from the Village button lift. This lift brings you to the Saint-Martin gondola, the two beginner slope carpet lifts and ski school meeting points, making this a great location for families. The gondola will take you to a whole host of slopes that St Martin de Belleville has to offer and also takes you out towards Méribel, Les Menuires and Val Thorens for keen skiers.
The centre of St Martin de Belleville is also a minute or two away, meaning you only need to walk a hundred metres down the street, and you will have several restaurants to choose from in the evening.

The team is available to take care of everything with the accommodation before, during and after your stay, ensuring one of comfort and ease. In addition to having all the essentials taken care of, from bed linen on arrival, luxury bathroom products, towels, you will find extra little touches designed to bring a smile to your face, such as a special welcome pack and champagne reception at the property.
At this luxury property, a concierge service is available on an opt-in basis. Should you wish for some form of pre-arrival and in-resort assistance, there are three levels of services available to you:
The Snow Pass covers your ski essentials, including the organisation of ski passes delivered to your accommodation and ski equipment hire for the duration of your holiday.
The Booking Pass includes everything that the Snow Pass does, with further assistance in booking numerous activities. From restaurant reservations on the mountain and in resort, to all important ski lessons for members of your party, and the organisation of grocery and bakery deliveries, the Booking Pass will have you covered. The team will also help with transfers to and from resort, arranging childcare for families with children, and booking of other non-skiing activities.
The most comprehensive option, the Serenity Pass, covers the first two passes alongside any additional chalet services. Catering options such as meal deliveries, private chefs, and butler services, as well as private transport options during your holiday can be arranged with the Serenity Pass.
Please note, additional cleaning services can be added without the need for any of the passes. The concierge passes allow for assistance with these services, but extra charges for these additional services will still apply. You can opt-in to or upgrade the concierge services at any time before or during your holiday, but for the optimum assistance, it is recommended you do so at the time of booking, so your in-resort team can best meet your requirements.
