The Property
Chalet Artayma in Tignes accommodates up to 15 guests across 7 bedrooms, an ideal chalet for families and friends seeking space, luxury, and effortless access to the slopes. This modern luxury alpine chalet offers guests a remarkable home and a phenomenal atmosphere to relax post-ski, with its roomy living space and dedicated wellness area with sauna and hot tub.
In the main living space of Chalet Artayma, vaulted ceilings and light alpine wood pay homage to the alpine heritage of the chalet. Chalet Artayma's living area adopts an open-plan design, combining the dining area and lounge into one spacious and airy room. Large, plush sofas and armchairs invite you to relax while you cosy up around the feature fireplace and share stories of the day's ski adventures. The dining area is found across from the lounge, while behind this table, a modern kitchen sits in the corner and completes the space. Giant windows frame the picturesque mountains for guests to enjoy during their much-deserved downtime. A wide balcony can also be accessed through these windows, offering guests a more intimate view of the slopes and resort, as well as a chance to enjoy some fresh alpine air.
Chalet Artayma's spa area offers a serene retreat for guests to rejuvenate after a long day on the slopes. A hearty sauna session will aid recovery after a day on the slopes. An indoor hot tub is also on hand for you to slip into with a glass of something nice for a perfect finish to your evening.
The chalet can accommodate up to 15 guests across its 7 bedrooms. The bedrooms offer a modern-alpine aesthetic, pairing colourful feature walls with light wood for a contemporary alpine interior design. Natural light enters through the large windows, illuminating the bedrooms with a warm glow. There are a total of six double bedrooms, all of which can be configured as twin beds for greater flexibility. The chalet also features a bunk room for two with adult-sized bunk beds, while a family room on the lowest floor includes a separate private lounge area with sofa bed. All bedrooms come with well-appointed en-suites.
For added convenience, a ski room can be found on entrance to the chalet for storage of your ski equipment.
Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 15 guests and is offered on a fully catered basis with daily housekeeping.

Location
Chalet Artayma is a luxury chalet in Tignes Le Lavachet, moments from the nearest slopes and within easy access of Tignes Le Lac.
The chalet is a one-minute walk to the Chaudannes and Paquis chairlifts, providing access to the greater Tignes-Val d'Isère ski area. The Chaudannes takes you towards the lower villages of Tignes, Les Boisses and Les Brévières, while Paquis provides access towards Val Claret with further lift options to Val d'Isère. There is also the Lavachet drag lift here, which you can use to then ski down to the main snow front of Tignes Le Lac, which is where the ski schools meet.
The chalet is nestled in an incredibly central location, just a 7-minute walk to the local shops of restaurants of Tignes Le Lavachet. Alternatively, guests can walk to the centre of Tignes Le Lac in just 10 minutes, which is also one stop via the local bus service with a bus stop 1-minute from the property. Here you will find a greater variety of restaurants, shops, and many bars to explore on your Tignes luxury ski holiday.

A hearty, cooked and continental breakfast awaits you on 5 mornings, with a continental service on the other 2 days. After a long day exploring the slopes, guests are welcomed back to freshly baked cakes or biscuits, a selection of breads & jams, and a range of teas & coffees. Bottled wine curated from a selection of red, white, and rosé is procured to pair with your 4-course evening meals on 6 nights. This operator focuses on quality, easy-drinking wines that complement the menu; any additional upgrades or specific requests can be arranged in advance for an additional cost.
