The Property
Chalet Blackcomb is a deluxe chalet in the luxury ski resort of Val d'Isère that sleeps up to 10 guests across five bedrooms. This Alpine chalet is an excellent choice for families and friends looking for a more relaxed chalet experience.
The top floor of the chalet boasts two open-plan living spaces, one with a kitchen and one with a dining area, separated by a glass wall. Decorated in a traditional style of neutral browns, Chalet Blackcomb is the quintessential Alpine getaway. Relax by the open fireplace in the cosy sitting room while enjoying the aromas of the delicious meals being prepared by your chalet team. Alternatively, head through to the second sitting room, with a charming dining area and tall windows that open up onto a large balcony with stunning views of the valley.
The ground floor is primarily occupied by a sizeable indoor swimming pool. The perfect place to unwind after an intense day of skiing, relax on one of the comfortable loungers or take a dip in the pool in front of the fashionable exposed brick wall. On the first floor, via the main bedroom, there is access to the outdoor hot tub on a south-facing balcony where you can appreciate the calming sensation of the bubbles along with the gorgeous mountain views.
The first floor is encompassed by five double or twin bedrooms, sleeping up to 10 guests in total. Furnished with natural woods, they all come with en-suite bath or shower rooms, offering a private sanctuary in which to drift off to sleep after a long day on the slopes. The main suite has private balcony access with the outdoor hot tub.
Through the entrance hall you have access to a ski room with heated boot warmers as well as a private garage for guests who choose to drive to Val d'Isère.
Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet on a fully catered basis for up to 10 guests, with selected complimentary drinks and an in-resort shuttle service (8am-8pm).
Location
Hidden away in the hamlet of Le Crêt, Chalet Blackcomb offers a peaceful haven in a quieter area of the popular resort of Val d'Isère while still maintaining easy access to the resort centre.
Chalet Blackcomb is located just a short drive in your shuttle service to the main Front De Neige and La Daille ski lift areas, your gateway to the 300km of slopes of the Tignes-Val d'Isère ski area. Situated in the private domain of Cacholet, you are just a two minute drive from local boutique shops and quality restaurants and bars of the resort centre, or a 10-15 minute walk.
