The apartments that make up the Guernerés Residence in Grimentz are typified by their sleek, contemporary alpine style. Combining a mixture of feature wood walls, refined wooden floors and ceilings, and bright, whitewashed interiors, the individual properties each offer an airy, inviting space for different group sizes. The apartments range from a single, intimate studio designed for a couple, up to 5- and 6-bedroom apartments, reaching a generous 228m² in space and sleeping groups of 10-12 guests. From the residence building, the apartments offer balcony access with aspects that either face over the slopes and the charming, picturesque village of Grimentz, or further up the valley and the imperious peaks of the Imperial Crown.
In addition to the main residence building, Guernerés Residence offers up 14 standalone chalets. 6 of these are split up into several luxury chalet-apartments, with the other 8 available in complete exclusivity, with options for group sizes from 4 to 14 guests. The individual chalets of the residence offer the complete, luxurious package; the individual privacy of your own alpine homes alongside the unbeatable shared residence facilities. With a sumptuous number of options for different group configurations, many with extra additional private facilities such as saunas, TV snugs, and pool tables, the chalets are your premier option for your luxury holidays to Grimentz when staying at the Guernerés Residence. The individual chalets, some of which are split into multiple chalet-apartments, all face looking down the mountain, with glorious panoramas to be enjoyed through the large windows and feature balconies.
The Guernerés Residence boasts an incredible 700m² spa area, with a mass of shared wellness facilities for guests of all properties to enjoy. The highlight is undoubtedly the heated indoor/outdoor swimming pool, a sizeable 20m x 9m pool with a relaxation area and sun terrace. In addition to the pool, guests will also delight with the facilities of a sauna, steam rooms, and several massage and treatment rooms, should you wish to indulge with a therapeutic appointment with one of the spa specialists. The spa area is also home to a state-of-the-art gym, perfect for keeping in your best shape for the slopes.
Also found at the Guernerés Residence is a restaurant and bar area. The Nava restaurant is a sophisticated dining hall, serving up a taste of the mountains with some delicious Valais specialities. The elegant lounge bar invites you for some après ski in Grimentz, the perfect space to catch up on the day's adventures. Family ski holidays will be delighted by the games room, with all manner of games and activities for all ages, located next to the restaurant. Guernerés Residence also includes its very own ski boutique, with equipment for purchase or rental. There is also a seminar space available for any corporate clients, with space for up to 50 guests.
For guests of the Guernerés Residence, you will have a parking space available to you in the underground garage. There are ski lockers within the ski shop for which to safely store your equipment.

The Guernerés Residence is a collection of luxury chalets and apartments, nestled overlooking the charming resort of Grimentz, located adjacent to the ski slopes.
Ski access at the Guernerés Residence couldn't be easier. The apartments sit in the main residence, next to the standalone luxury chalets, with the main residence within 50m walk to the nearest slope. This slope is the bottom section of the red Forêt piste, which runs down to the main lifts in town, with the Grimentz-Bendolla gondola leading you to the slopes of Grimentz, while the Grimentz-Espace Weisshorn cable car takes you over to the Zinal side.
The centre of Grimentz is approximately 1km from the Guernerés Residence, a traditional old village with a selection of restaurants, bars, and some souvenir and ski shops.
The Guernerés Residence consists of 63 apartments, chalet-apartments, or chalets, with a variety of configurations for between 2 and 14 guests, ranging in size from 28m² to 256m².
