Chalet Rotstocki offers a 19-21 bed Luxury Swiss Chalet experience in Grindelwald, Switzerland, combined with a 5 star hotel service from the Hotel Schweizerhof.
The interior of Chalet Rotstocki has been beautifully designed with furnishings and facilities that afford every possible comfort. Effortlessly blending Italian designs and state-of-the-art electronics with Alpine charm, the chalet comfortably sleeps up to nineteen guests. The eight double and twin bedrooms each have their own sumptuous bathroom. There is also an additional children's with en-suite facilities that can accommodate a further 3 people.
Built in traditional Alpine style by Switzerland's leading construction company, Implenia, the chalet's generous proportions give a wonderful feeling of light and space. Balconies on each floor offer stunning views of the famous “North-face” of the Eiger and the Jungfrau Mountain and of snow-capped peaks across the valley.
When staying in Chalet Rotstocki, you have free access to Hotel Schweizerhof's large swimming pool and wellness area including multiple hot tubs, saunas and steam rooms. You can even organise massages and spa treatments!
The dining room on the second floor seats up to 16 people. With plenty of space for the children to let off steam, the chalet is an ideal retreat for families.
Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 16 people and include daily breakfast. Additional guests can be added at a supplement price, please enquire.
Location
Chalet Rotstocki is located on the mountain side above the Hotel Schweizerhof, to which it is linked by underground monorail. It is 200m from the centre of town and from the ski train that takes skiers to the main ski areas of Kleine Scheidegg – Männlichen. It is 400m from the Grindelwald First gondola to which guests are escorted by the Hotel's regular minivan service.
Room Layout
4 floors; each of the 8 double bedrooms have luxury en-suite bathrooms. There is also an additional triple children's room with en-suite facilities that can accommodate a further 3 people.
The top floor is a self contained apartment for two. Each floor has a large living area with fireplace and dining facility.
The third floor has an additional bedroom with en-suite that comfortably sleeps 3 children.
