This luxurious apartment offers a deluxe group getaway to the most exclusive area of St. Moritz, next to Badrutt's Palace. In a very central, yet private, location, you can feel welcomed by the high-quality, designer furnishings featured throughout. With stunning views of Lake St. Moritz and surrounding mountain regions, The Loft Apartment is sure to impress!

Feel at home in the spacious open-plan living area, with an abundance of seating opportunities to socialise together. Relax on the inviting sumptuous sofas, gazing out to the picturesque views of the lake and mountainside through the floor to ceiling windows. The garden terrace, which can be accessed via the sliding double doors, gives you a chance to fully admire the views. Return to the warmth of the fireplace, a great spot to end a long day spent skiing on the slopes.

Following on from the main living space, a dining area, comfortably seating up to 10 guests, awaits. Take a seat at the table and savour the specialities cooked by your own private chef. In the chef's absence, why not test out your own cooking skills in the stylish, fully-equipped kitchen! A smaller seating area is also present in the kitchen, perfect for enjoying a tasty treat before the main banquet.

To ensure you're fully pampered, a relaxation area, including: a Jacuzzi, relaxation beds and rain shower for two, feature within the master bedroom. An inner courtyard area, with access from the other 3 bedrooms, provides another spot to relax. The transparent windows will allow you to supervise the children, in the adjacent playroom, whilst enjoying some well-deserved adult alone time.

In total, The Loft apartment has 4 bedrooms to accommodate up to 8 guests. Each bedroom is finished with luxury en-suite bath and shower rooms, as well as flatscreen TVs. The master also has its own office space, Jacuzzi and walk-in wardrobe. In the kid's room, a slide-door divider separates the bedroom and play area, with access out into the inner courtyard.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 8 guests and includes the services of a private chef and chalet host/hostess. Food and drinks are an additional charge and are calculated upon cost plus the applicable local VAT. Prices do not include Swiss VAT of 3.8%, which will be calculated on top of the advertised rates.

Please note, there is a two week minimum rental over the Christmas and New Year dates.
