The Property

Basalte 103 is located on the ground floor of this exclusive Verbier residence. Carefully styled in soft and neutral tones, the contemporary apartment has access to incredible views of the valley below and the mesmerising mountains in the distance. The cosy features ensure maximum relaxation and provide the perfect base to enjoy a luxury Verbier group trip with friends or family.

You enter the apartment through a hallway into the large open plan kitchen and sitting room. A fully equipped, designer kitchen offers a sophisticated setting to prepare dinner, should you wish to dine in and not venture out to one of Verbier's renowned restaurants. The kitchen overlooks the large open living area and is surrounded by a large bar which can sit up to 6 people comfortably. The living space is complete with an open fireplace, plasma TV and a large, comfy sofa.

From here you can access the generous terrace; enjoy an early coffee before making your way up the mountain or relax with a glass of wine in the private hot tub.

From the living room you will find three beautiful bedrooms. The master double bedroom has a large double bed, built-in wardrobes, an en-suite shower room and access to the terrace. There is also a twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room and a further spacious double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.

There is a private ski and laundry room on lower ground floor of the apartment building, where you can safely store your ski equipment.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet on a self catered basis to include housekeeping 6 days per week. Accommodation only rates without the housekeeping included are available on request.

Chalet Location

The property is located in a prime location, whilst being set back from the hustle and bustle of Verbier's main high street. The Medran lift is just 200m away and a 6-minute walk will take you to Place Centrale, the main hub of the resort.
