The Property
Kings Parc 115 is a spacious modern luxury apartment in Verbier for an intimate group of up to 6 guests, where an unbeatable central location allows you to fully make the most of your luxury self catered ski holiday in Verbier.
This second floor apartment is accessed via a communal elevator or stairway, with a small entrance hallway leading you into the open-plan living, dining and kitchen area of the property. The apartment is bright and modern, with a feature wooden wall and cosy enclosed fireplace, providing an alpine feel to your luxury ski holiday. The sofas are large and accommodating, with plenty of comfortable space for all 6 guests of Kings Parc 115. A large wooden dining table has ample room for up to 8 guests, with a sleek white kitchen complete with kitchen island and breakfast bar providing you with lots of storage and workspace for any home-cooked meals. Sliding glass doors lead out to a sheltered south-facing balcony with snug seating, ideal for those wanting to enjoy an after-ski drink on either snowy or sunny days, where mountain views peek out between the other centrally located apartments in Verbier.
Kings Parc 115 hosts three double bedrooms sleeping up to 6 guests. The bedrooms employ more light wooden features than the main living area, with alpine decor that offers a homely mountain lodge vibe. The beds are plush with soft throws, with two bedrooms offering access to a balcony space. Each bedroom is serviced by either an en-suite or separate bath or shower room, with modern facilities and slate grey tiles that match the colour of mountain rock.
Guests of Kings Parc 115 will have use of a shared ski room within the apartment building. There is also an underground parking garage with one space dedicated for guest use. There are private laundry facilities within the apartment.
Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 6 guests and is offered on a self catered basis to include daily housekeeping and mid-week towel change.
