Marmotte Penthouse is an expansive luxury apartment in Verbier for up to 10 guests. Expertly located close to both the slopes and centre of town, with traditional wood interiors and gorgeous mountain views, Marmotte Penthouse offers a genuine mountain holidays experience, perfect for families or friend groups.

The apartment encompasses a sizeable 310m². On the first floor you will find its main living space, an open-plan area with tall, vaulted ceilings, where classic wooden beams and interiors, plush sheepskin throws, and authentic iron light fixtures help to foster an atmosphere of rustic warmth. Modern sofas gather around the cosy built-in fireplace of the lounge, while two long benches with snug throws for comfort sit either side of the sturdy wooden dining table, with space for all 10 guests to dine together. Set back from the dining area is a fully-equipped kitchen that seamlessly integrates with the traditional wooden style of the apartment, along with ample workspace for preparing meals and up to 5 seats across two breakfast bars. The main living space is enveloped by expansive windows and sliding glass doors, granting access to a sheltered balcony with outdoor seating areas and a heater. Head out in the mornings for a coffee and wonder at the spectacular views that Verbier's south-facing plateau generously offers up.

Marmotte Penthouse provides guests with a private spa room. Featuring both a traditional sauna and a luxurious Hammam, this is the ideal spot for guests who wish to indulge in some pampering relief after a long day of skiing in Verbier.

Perfect for luxury family ski holidays to Verbier, the top floor of Marmotte Penthouse contains a TV snug area. With low ceilings and a large, welcoming sofa that invites guests to squeeze in together, gathering here is the perfect way to finish your day, whenever you would prefer a pleasant night in. There is also a small office space if you need to work or study while away.

Marmotte Penthouse welcomes up to 10 guests in total, with five bedrooms providing a range of different sleeping options for a variety of groups. The bedrooms maintain the alpine charm of the rest of the property, with patterned rugs and pillows that augment the traditional appeal. The living area's floor is where you will find the Master bedroom, complete with Hammam shower in its en-suite bathroom and shared access to the generous balcony. There is a further sleeping floor with a double, twin and quad bunk room, while a children's twin room can be found next to the TV snug, making the apartment a great option for families.

The penthouse includes a dedicated ski room with boot warmers and two parking spaces in the building's garage.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 10 guests and is offered on a self catered basis to include daily housekeeping and mid-week towel change.
