The Property
Altesse Penthouse sleeps 6 and is perfect for a smaller family or a couple wanting space but looking for the “true chalet” experience
This unique penthouse offers an exclusive, spacious and luxurious five star feel with spectacular views onto the Matterhorn. The interior of this apartment is fitted with contemporary furniture and decorated with modern art, providing the perfect environment to relax and enjoy a special winter holiday to Zermatt.
You will find a generous open plan living area with cosy lounge corner and fireplace, dining space and a fully equipped kitchen. The large French windows leading on to the balcony brink in plenty of natural light into this space. The generous balcony provides the ideal spot to enjoy a traditional Swiss breakfast whilst taking in one of the most incredible perspectives of the Matterhorn and meadows below.
In Altesse penthouse you will find 3 comfortable double bedrooms and two separate bathrooms. The master bedroom comes with an en-suite that is equipped with a Jacuzzi bath for that added luxury. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom with a calming rain shower. The slanting, exposed wooden ceilings give these bedrooms a classic Alpine chalet feel that blends seamlessly with their modern stylings.
The Altesse residence boasts a great spa area for all guests to enjoy staying in the building. Located on the ground floor, you will have use of the Finnish sauna, Hammam and relaxation room. This spa is the perfect space for some indulgent relaxation treatments after a tiring day of exploring the mountains of Zermatt, whether it be hiking, mountain biking or even summer skiing.
Prices are based on exclusive use of the apartment for 6 people on a self-catering basis with daily bread delivery, mid-week clean and pick-up/drop-off from Zermatt station on arrival and departure day.
Lower rates are available for groups of 4 or less people on request.
Location
Located on the west facing slopes at the southern end of the resort the Altesse Penthouse sits below the Findlebach in the popular Moos area of Zermatt.
In just a few minutes you can reach either the base station of the Matterhorn Express cable car as well as the Gornergratbahn at the Findelbach station. And of course, the ski bus stops only 100 metres away from our chalet.
