The Property

The apartment is accessed via a lift. Upon entry, the illuminating impact of the living room’s floor to ceiling windows is immediately felt, further enhanced by the elegant winter garden, directly opposite the entry. This glass prism is a heavenly space to enjoy sunlit warmth and 180 degree panoramic views of the spectacular mountains beyond while reclining on the abundant seating.

The living area invites relaxation upon generously-sized sofas that are set around a flat-screen TV. This area opens onto the dining area which continues to enjoy natural lighting through additional landscape windows. The kitchen overlooks this space from a central island complete with stove top creating a space that is social and interactive.

The first of four bedrooms is also located on this floor. A modern and tranquil space, this double bedroom enjoys use of an en-suite shower room that includes a sauna. This bedroom also has a flat screen TV and terrace access. On this floor there is also a small guest toilet.

A flight of stairs leads down to the lower ground floor which houses an additional three bedrooms. The largest of these is a double bedroom with en-suite shower room as well as a flat screen TV. The third bedroom is also a double bedroom and shares a shower room with the fourth bedroom, a delightful children’s bunk room.

Haus Andy is located at the end of an underground tunnel meaning that the apartment is sheltered from the hustle and bustle sounds of the nearby town. A ski locker for handy storage of equipment is available at this point.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the apartment on a self catered basis without travel.
