Balegia Apartment 3 is a luxury apartment in Lech for groups of up to 8 guests, offering a wonderful location and a brilliant shared spa area with swimming pool. Spread across 220m², this stylish modern apartment exemplifies luxury alpine living, and is the perfect space for groups of friends and family heading on a luxury ski holiday to Austria.

At the heart of the apartment you'll find a generous open-plan living and dining area, luxuriously furnished and showcasing a sleek, contemporary alpine design. Dark, wood-panelled walls and lustrous sofa seating combine in a luxurious style, alongside a chic fireplace and floor-to-ceiling glass doors. Adjacent to the main lounge is a sizeable dining table, comfortably seating all 8 guests, with a fully-equipped kitchen found in a separate room attached to the dining area. The glass doors that flank the fireplace lead out to a wide balcony, where you will be treated to marvellous mountain views of the snow-capped peaks that surround Lech.

At Balegia Apartment 3, four well-appointed double bedrooms offer space for groups of up to 8 guests. The rooms are bright and welcoming, with sumptuous beds and modern en-suites. A master double bedroom benefits from a sauna accompanying its en-suite shower room. The other three bedrooms all offer the flexibility of splitting into twin rooms if necessary.

Guests staying at Balegia Apartment 3 will also have use of a wonderful shared spa area, offering a sumptuous space for relaxation to return to after skiing in Lech. The spa is spread over two levels, with the main highlight the indoor swimming pool, surrounded by a champagne lounge area and heated stone seating. You'll find a soothing Jacuzzi hot tub outside on the terrace, with a massage room, changing room, and tea bar also located across this lower level. On the upper floor, a well-equipped chalet gym and yoga room is the perfect space to cool down after skiing, with a sauna, relaxation room, and roof terrace rounding off the facilities.

Additional shared facilities in the residence building include the reception area, staffed across select hours of the day, and a shared ski room with boot warmers and lockers for your skis. Additionally, the apartment can be accessed by an elevator. There are private laundry facilities and one outdoor parking space available too.

For larger groups wanting to be close to each other, Balegia Apartment 4 (sleeps 8) is also available for rental in the same residence building.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the apartment for up to 8 guests and is offered on a self catered basis with daily housekeeping and mid-week towel change.
